B: cut up yellow squash, mushrooms, leftover cauliflower, garlic, sautéed. 1/2 cup egg subs. Flaxmeal. smoked paprika. Feta crumbles on top.

Snack: iced coffee

D: baked chicken thighs, small baked potato, brussel sprouts steamed.

Coffee and a hb egg before church

L. a waldorf salad-inspired chicken salad...celery, half apple, handful of dried cranberries, pecans, and a quarter of a chicken breast.

S. that Dole Asian salad with sesame dressing, small top sirloin, a spoonful of mixed vegetables, and another one of cauliflower in a cheese sauce, water, about half a cup of yonana/pineapple/strawberry

L: Thai grilled chicken with red curry sauce sandwich, pulled out the cucumber, yuck!! Otherwise, it was great! ice tea

D: leftover chicken thighs and cauliflower stirred up in a pan, smoked paprika on it. black coffee

Thanks Susan, I was really hoping to reach the next decade; I so wanted 169 when I weigh in on the First of the month. I don't think I'm going to make it, tho', but that's okay, there's always next month (God willing). I did have four prunes as my late snack...

B. coffee, bacon & scrambled eggs, Sara Lee light bread toasted. and crystal light.

s. a couple of homemade chocolate covered peanuts

S. raw turnip, sushi, gari (pickled ginger) and a dill pickle, diet soda

about 700 kcals so don't know what I'll do to fill it up to 1500.

Thanks again. Susan, I've finally made up my mind to lose it, so I will do it.

Took care of my calories as I remembered an apple tart in the freezer, so I nuked it and added a slice of cheddar...oh so good.

revised to 1100 kcals for the day.

Oops, sorry Linda, just saw the questions as I was scrolling down....you know it well, that metal monster that lurks in or near the bathroom that lies to you every morning or whenever you use it...always at the doctor's office so it can lie to him/her, too...the scale.

just had coffee until supper at 4p.m. leftovers. cauliflower, mixed vegetables and a 3-oz top sirloin. followed by a decaf

450 kcals..two more DD's for the month, then I'll let the metal monster out of its cage. Oh, and grab the tape measure, too.

Hi Mary and everyone,

LOL, Now I know what the "metal monster " is.:hyst: I drag mine out every couple of months just to check and ALWAYS refuse at the doctor's;)

Been eating eggs and some bacon the past two days and had pork steaks and broccoli Tuesday and LC lavash crust pizza last night.

Today it is off to the Hotel in Owego for linner and I will be sure to enjoy every tasty morsel. ;)

Tonight it will be a turkey leg and some Dr. Atkins recipe for almond stuffing and Chardonnay.

Thursday's food UD
OMG...really satisfied and sated. Stayed home with my family, the tailwagger and me. Don't look at the calories consumed today if you don't want to see what the traditional turkey day meal is...and I didn't have all of the traditional stuff. No dessert, no bread (except in the stuffing), my cranberry sauce has no sugar, and a lot of the other stuff was missing from the table and I'm amazed at the caloric value of what I ate. I shudder to think of the calories I used to eat on the holiday meals. But the pup and I are very happy people.

had coffee and about two p.m. had a hb egg.

S. waldorf salad, 3 oz turkey breast, (roasted a six-pound breast and now wondering what I'm going to do with it), cornbread stuffing, a baked yam and cranberry/orange/pineapple relish.

1100 kcals and going to have a decaf now...I'm stuffed!

I'm like you, Mary, barely had a pittance of turkey at all, never got to taste the mashed potatoes I made, never tasted the gravy, had half a cup of stuffing, forgot to put out the cranberry stuff I cooked for dh, lol. But I did have a piece of chocolate midnight madness cheesecake pie, at least SOMETHING good and tasty. Didn't even taste the green bean casserole, lol.
Not time to eat and sit and savor. The kids took home two boxes of stuff, but their company will help them eat it all, they all will snack during the next few days.......they are YOUNG, and can take it.

B: had eggs over easy, black coffee

L: was the dinner, around 2 pm.

D: was the midnight madness pie, black coffee

Nothing more, except black coffee
