Friday's foods

B: frozen healthy waffle and 2 eggs., black coffee

L: mozzarella/ prociouscitto roll ups from yesterday, black coffee

Snack: coffee, black and hot, and a roll

D: leftover fish and brussel sprouts and black coffee

Evening snack: sugar free pumpkin pie and black coffee, cheese if need be.

Yep, two UD's in a row with a third one tomorrow...sigh!

B. Jimmy Dean light muffin, coffee, and crystal light (this was my undoing as I ate about 10 ayem.)

L. lo turkey, dressing and cranberry sauce, decaf

S. turkey sandwich on sara lee light bread, lettuce, mayo and a couple of olives and a diet soda...sigh! a bit of mixed nuts, too...double sigh!

1100 kcals

Maybe I'll say I'm on the 5:2 diet, where you only have two DD's a week and I'm still on track.

L: Sara Lee 45 cal. bread sandwich of mozzarella and pancetta. iced coffee

Snack: H/B egg

D: leftover turkey, green salad with butter lettuce to make it taste better, f/f poppyseed dressing, Feta crumbles. Some cooked carrots, fresh, not leftover, lol. some mashed potatoes if I feel like it, depends on what's left. iced coffee

Evening snack 2 Italian ices, raspberry and lemon. iced coffee, and perhaps some light laughing cow cheese if we stay up too late.

This makes three up days in a row, so am grateful I'm not gaining any weight...Tomorrow is the start of another month (chance)

coffee, coffee, coffe, chicken drumstick whilst cleaning out the fridge.

tastes here and there of chili, slaw, and pico de gallo whilst cooking

and servings of the same for supper, along with a couple of ancient grains crackers with pimento cheese, and cheese on the chili dog. a small slice of the pumpkin dump cake with redi-whip. (as far as I'm concerned it was a failure, will not make that mistake again...shame to put it down the garbo, but that's what I think of it.) milk with dinner and a decaf later,

1100 kcals
