Been there and done that. It's like going to the dentist with a bad tooth and not being able to find the right one.

Have a great week folks. Are you getting ready to cook for Thanksgiving.

Sunday's foods UD

Not an UUAD but more kcals than I'm used to, oh well. As I've said, I'm really not pushing it right now and being kinda nice to myself.

coffee/milk, and breakfast around two p.m., Ham, eggs, cheesy hashbrowns, and crystal light for the pills.

then, pick, pick pick...oh well, let's see if I can remember (if not I'll check my food diary), chips with cheese, diet soda (love the Ice brand fruit stuff, not too sweet, not too fizzy), small piece of pecan pie, earl grey, and some cinnamon schnaps...after all it's rather cool at night now.

1700 kcals, but over 100 carbs

Didn't post Saturday's menu but it wasn't too bad, 1000 kcals.

lo ham & egg salad on a magic pop

lo london broil on lc bread, with a little lo baked beans and veggies and of course, coffee, coffee, coffee.

Wednesday's Food UD

yep, two UD's in a row...oh well, this woe is very forgiving and the SIRTs keep flowing as long as you remain fairly well on track.. Some folks have gone as long as two weeks and not back slid...

Doris, I have Thai so rarely now that I can hardly get past the Pad Thai...I love it but if I do stray I'll get the curry. We had a curry shop in Japan that we'd go way out of the way to eat there...I'll make curry at home, but the closest I've come to Pad Thai is the peanut noodles I made last night...not nearly the same, but just as tasty. Hope the new restaurant is very good.

coffee & a hb egg (gotta remember to boil up some more as that was my last.

L. Big Mac, a few french fries and a diet soda

S. chicken leg, lo noodles and stir fry...tried a glass of pinot, but it seemed to upset the stomach, so am passing on it...oh well, such is life. will have a cup of decaf and a yogurt later, most likely

1400 kcals.

Change my evening snack to a small piece of that low sugar pumpkin pie, I need to taste it, to make sure it's "OK", right!!!

Drinking lots of iced coffee today, it feels warmer, and more humid today.
