Sounds good, Michele, lol, it doesn't happen every day.....do you love okra, or fix it for yourself at home? I've had it in a stew at Cracker Barrel before, didn't realize what it was, I thought it was artichoke, at first.

Thursday's foods

B: yellow squash cut up, mushrooms, garlic, some brussel sprouts left over, sautéed a bit. 1/2 cup egg subs. Flaxmeal, chipotle spice. Grated parm on top. iced coffee

L: Sara Lee bread, 45 cal. 2 slices, light laughing cow cheese, ham, sandwich. H/B eggs. grape tomatoes. iced coffee

Snack: ice coffee

D: something at that carnival, who knows what it will be? Hope they have hot coffee though!

Evening snack: might not need one, but iced coffee for sure

Thursday's food UD

Going to be two up days back to back as I have friends coming for supper tomorrow night but that's the good thing about this woe, one blip does not trouble make. Got lots of veggies for tomorrow, going to roast some brussels sprouts and broccoli to go with the chicken, and some of that great kale salad...hope the ladies like it.

B.or lunch rather was the back of a Costco roasted chicken...one of my favorite pieces, if the truth were known, and an apple fritter, whoo hoo, along with a cup of coffee.

s. orange and about a half ounce of mixed nuts...I splurged at Costco with the nuts.

S. cheese bread and a glass of pinot

1200 kcals
