Sunday's foods

B: made French toast with Sara Lee bread, 2 slices. Some kiwi fruit and good, strong, hot, black coffee.

L: H/B eggs and leftover coleslaw. hot coffee

Snack: Italian ice, raspberry flavor and coffee

D: grilled turkey burger and leftover brussel sprouts.

Went to church today for the first time in many a long time and it didn't fall to the ground with an earthquake nor was it struck by lightning...but that pushed my meals back til almost 2 p.m.

Coffee/milk before church
B. at two, ham, 2 eggs, Sara Lee light bread toasted, but I did have a tablespoon of jam on it, crystal light and another cuppa

s. a few candies and a cup of decaf

S. although I wasn't really hungry but it is an UD so had to get my calories...a few ounces rib eye steak and three ravioli from Olive Garden with a glass of pinot.

only 1100 kcals, so room to spare.

L: H/B eggs, grape tomatoes and 1 slice pumpernickel toasted. coffee

Snack: Italian ice, lemon and iced coffee or hot coffee, depends

D: grilled smoked turkey on a salad, and hot coffee and a roll.

Evening snack: baby bel light cheese round, and Skinny Cow frozen bar

Black Coffee and a hb egg about noon

S, chicken breast, laughing cow cheese & cabbage with ginger as a sauce, water

400 kcals. Still not hungry during the day, ate supper about 6:30, If I'm hungry later, may have an apple or some popcorn depending on what sounds better then.

L: glass of f/f milk, and 2 H/B eggs, and rushed out the door to the FAX place because of stuff needed for the home appraisal.

Snack: some strawberries and iced coffee

D: leftover fish sticks, and steamed asparagus, white and green

Evening snack: cut up strawberries and baby bel light cheese rounds

Quiet day before the storm of tomorrow which will be another round of doctor's appointments. Beefy day with leftovers and clearing the fridge of those little containers I accrue like dust bunnies.

s. orange and a lot of water

S, lo chili w/chips, some lo fajitas and a small green salad, pinot

Forget the fajitas and the small salad...by the time I finished the chips and chili, I was full. Another example of eye size vs tummy size.

make it 1000 kcals with a probably snack later.

Wednesday's Food UD
 
Should have been a DD, but with the hospital and frustration decided early on for an UD. Wow! Three meals in one day, what a concept! On the way back home had an uncontrollable desire for fruit so stopped and picked up a variety and pineapples were on sale...weee!

B. after blood test, ww toast and 3 slices of bacon, coffee with half&half

L. patty melt and more coffee

S. Chicken thigh, pineapple, orange and half a banana...water

may have a snack later, I have some cookie chips and milk calling my name (BTW I picked up these cookie chips at Sam's some time ago. They are extremely thin, like sweet chips, both chocolate brownie and choco chip ones. Only 100 calories for three large pieces and they are sooooooooo good.)

1300 kcals so far and may add a couple hundred more when the fruit salad hits bottom.

Thursday's foods

B: toasted whole wheat muffin, 2 eggs and some sausage, hot black coffee

L: almost forgot, was looking up dermatologists for dh, lol. Some grape tomatoes in a bowl, some black olives in a bowl, and some baby bel light cheese rounds. iced coffee

Snack: iced coffee, in a hurry today, kids are coming later, Silas will be here sooner than normal.

D: Papa Murphy's delite chicken and spinach pizza, and iced coffee and salad with Caesar dressing of some kind. iced coffee

Evening snack: some light laughing cow cheese triangles and iced coffee

Whee! stuck to rotations and ate about five p.m.

S. romaine salad with carrot, cauliflower and celery, with a small chicken thigh lo from last night, diet soda

200 kcals. Will probably have popcorn tonight for another 100 calories.

L: sardine sandwich, Sara Lee 45 cal. bread, toasted. H/B egg. grape tomatoes. black coffee

Snack: iced coffee, no time for anything else

D: leftover chicken pieces and some cole slaw and asparagus leftovers.

Evening snack: Great Value 100 cal. ice cream sandwich and some cut up strawberries, found some at a good price after all. iced coffee

Yesterday was dinner out with church volunteers. It was a buffet so I know I ate too much. It was just a week of eating out. Too many carbs.

L - ham on wheat bread, baby carrots

S - cucumber with ranch

D - 3 oz london broil, roasted baby carrots, roasted zucchini & yellow squash, 1/16th of a Wal-Mart pumpkin roll and a LONG walk.

B. bacon, eggs + an egg white, green onions & peppers, a bit of cottage cheese, tomato, crystal light for the pills

s. a couple of chuckles and later pinot grigio

S. lo fajitas, lc tortillas, NS black beans and rice (half a serving), decaf

that's 1100 kcals, so may have either the ice or a cone later....depends on how it feels later. I did have the popcorn last night...me and the fur kids enjoyed that.
