It's chicken legs with butternut squash and kale. Pretty much every thing else is the same.

That's good to know Doris. I haven't found it here but was wondering about it. I control my type2 diabetes with diet so didn't want to get into trouble with it.

Saturday's food DD

Finally got to the closets and only got through the pants...strange how I can start to see the poles in the closets..tub is in and heating....,maybe tomorrow.

coffee throughout the day and a Healthy Choice steamer, well, most of the dinner as I had to share with the fur kids...

300 kcals and willl have popcorn or cottage cheese and pineapple later...may have both as I'd still be within the 500 kcals as goal.

over 200 TV channels and there is nothing I want to see tonight...maybe it'll be a chance to catch up on the show, Blacklist....

Sharon, The label on the SF honey indicates it contains no honey (HA!). It has: malitol syrup, natural and artificial flavors, acesulfame k, and malic acid. Luckily, I haven't had any of the problems that Doris's husband did, but then again I don't use it very often.

You're probably better off trying agave or some other healthier product.

Till tomorrow,
Michele

Thanks Michele. I have to stay away from agave it's nothing but sugar in the body. I like stevia and a product named Swerve. They seem to do the sweet without the glucose rise.
