lol Doris- that is a hoot!

I almost did not watch "The Black List" as I do not watch gory at all but as only Spader can pull off it was done so well with such finesse that it stayed above gore and stayed simply wildly good story telling. I am dying to find out the connection between Keen and "Red" though.
I napped again today and now think I will be up till late toniht but hope not too late. I think the long walk caused the nap but sure loved all that fresh air. Lots to read so no problem there.

I don't know, either, lol!

We are heading for Costco before it begins to rain in buckets, according to the weather guru's.

Later, gang..............

Good morning all...just starting to move this morn...I love this weather, we're going into the 90's this week but the nights are cool. That keeps the house cool so that I don't have to use the ac. Cleaning today as I have the ladies for company this afternoon, then a tour of the church tonight...hope I'm not struck by lightning as it's been so long since I've stepped into a church. That's not counting my visits to the old missions. A few years ago a friend wanted to visit the entire mission trail, in the order they were built....we got to number four before she gave out.

Lainey, I watched Blacklist's first show and was impressed with it...I've been recording it as it's opposite one of my other shows so will have to catch up. You're so right, I don't think anyone else could fill that role.

Doris, I'm sure you survived the wilds of Costco...too many things jump into my cart every visit. Are you hunting the wild turkeys? In answer to your question about how often I have these tests...actually these are the first of these major tests since 2006. I had the same thing back then; shortness of breath, heart racing, unable to move easily. It's what sent me to these docs in the first place. I'm wondering if the weather has something to do with my allergies which cause the breathing problems and this is the time of year I had these problems back then. Neither doc actually found serious problems then but started me on meds which seemed to alleviate the problems. I know, TMI. Sorry for the rambling but I'm hoping this year they will actually come up with a prognosis...but I'm (literally) not holding my breath.

Waving to all and wishing you a great day. I hope good things come your way.

I'm off to see the wizard. My hair should be shorter when I get back. YESSS! Can hardly wait for my hairstyle to get back to normal.

Just getting here, been a sloth like day today. I had a glorious soak in the tub with some relaxing music. I needed a rest before my hectic week starts tomorrow, so I had a lull before the storm so to speak. Ha!
Onc doc tomorrow, surgeon on Thursday.

Doris, Thanks for those cheeky pumpkins today. Ha!
Did you gather everything that you needed at Costco? Dividing and bagging next huh?

Sharon, Glad you are happy with your hair do. Pics next. It sure is good for the spirits. I must make a mental note to self. Ha!

Mary and Lainey, I too have Blacklist recorded. I am an episode behind so I will have to catch up.

Mary sure hope they get to the bottom of your symptoms soon.

Waving to All and hope to bbt...

Good evening to all.

Mary, I know it's scary when you have unexplained symptoms, and even more so when you know something is wrong and your doc doesn't seem to be all that concerned about it, as in my case. I have swelling on both sides of my neck and other symptoms, but my doc doesn't seem to think the glands are involved, so for him, that's the end of it, but I'm no so sure.

Spent all day in the kitchen cooking and baking. Was also going to clean house, that was biting off more than I could chew, it will have to wait until tomorrow.

Hi Joyce!

Susan, I'm glad you took the time to relax and rest up today, there will, of course, be lots of things to consider this week, and questions, at least you get the chance to meet the surgeon and get a "feel" for him.

Sharon, I need to get 2 inches taken off of my hair, and the humidity currently makes it look as those I combed my hair with a hand held mixer.

Mary, you are right, we got a few extra's today, I needed meat really badly, and fish, TP, and stamps, they had the Christmas stamps, so picked those up since we were there. So much Christmas stuff already, we need to get a new artificial tree this year, and were checking prices, but have to see where we could put the thing. Most of the shoppers this morning were our age or older, friendly people, all yakking about how much more they bought than planned. That's the point of those stores, of course. How far is your Costco or Sams, from where you live?

It's still raining, sort of windy, and 62 degrees right now.

Have a good evening, friends.

Sheesh, never did get in here last night and again today. Time just got away from me.

Doris, so how did your trip to costco go?

Lainey, I'll have to check out Blacklist if it doesn't conflict with something I already watch If so, maybe I can catch it in the summer. Our DVD player doesn't record. Darn it all.

Mary, keep your head down and watch for lightning. Last time I was in a church, my car got hit in the parking lot.

Sharon, how about a picture of that new hair cut?

Susan, so sorry you have another busy week to look forward to. UGH!!

Widget, maybe get a second opinion. Bilateral swelling does not sound good.

Doris, The second round of rain hasn't made it here yet - it's still in the 80s. Maybe the front will get here around midnight.

Thanks for sharing your picture, Sharon.

Hugs to our Susan.

Waving to everyone else! BBT,
Michele
