Friday's Foods UD

Whew! Too pooped to pop, but I may pop the buttons on my pants (if I had pants on, that is)...Those adhering to low carb lifestyle read no further as this was not a low carb day for me.

coffee/milk and a Jimmy Dean lite breakfast muffin, crystal light for the pills (I ate only half the muffin if that counts.)

decided to have a good dinner after the visit to the doc, so went to Olive Garden. I bought the eat one/take one home special they're running now (but I ate neither...brought 'em both home as I'm sure I can get at least four meals out of the them...spaghetti and ravioli dinners. but I ate

S. plate of mussels with bread sticks and the salad...dry...glass of pinot, followed by decaf and half the tiramisu (brought home the other half and if my tummy feels like it later, I may have it.)

1300 kcals and I haven't been this full since can't remember when...

The doggie day care people dressed him up - I think he's a sort of cowboy sheriff - here's a better picture - crazy, huh?

Oh, ha ha, that's cute, he has a cute face to "carry it off", as they say. We used to put gold steel rimmed glasses on Molly, and a german hat, for fun.
Thanks for letting us see it better.

Saturday's food DD

Wasn't hungry today and didn't think about food until about 4 p.m....SIRTs kicking in? Stopped at marketo to get a chicken breast for dinner and the butcher was slicing up some flap meat...so got some...beef today instead of chicken.

coffee/milk

S. beef fajitas on lc tortillas, diet soda. (added some matchstick zucchini to the peppers and onions which made a good mix)

530 kcals and a full tummy. Last night I added the lemon ice which was great, thanks for the idea Doris.

I made a pumpkin one min. muffin for breakfast. Then we walked the dogs and didn't get back til afternoon. So had Dh make me a 2 egg cheese omelet and had some frozen peaches with a little cream on top. Dinner was slow cooked venison with left over 1/4 butternut squash. Later was my oz of dark chocolate. Drank on lots of iced tea and coffee.
