Sunday's foods UD

Amen, Loretta..nothing substitutes for attention...especially to detail.

brunch came late, almost two p.m. Had coffee/milk before leaving the house, and had a couple of Sam's samples while shopping, but had nothing until I got back home....

L. Carl's Jr's $6 low carb burger, but added some dressing to it to moisten it up and got carried away...darn Walden Farm's bottle just dumped too much dressing...yeeecch!

about dozen grapes as a snack

S. chicken quesadilla on carb balance tortilla with a diet soda. (last month Sam's had a discount on the Sparkling Ice drinks. I picked up some and really enjoy 'em. Quite tasty.)

That's 1000 kcals so not going to make goal today of 1700 fer shure.

Saturday's food UD

Stayed out of trouble today and stayed indoors...played online poker and caught up on some of the shows I record; The Chew, Dr. Oz, Rachel Ray and one movie, The Ladykillers...a tom hanks about a bunch of robbers who try to kill the lady from whom he was renting a room...a comedy believe it ot not. Pretty good as I had seen parts of it once before.

B. coffee/milk, Belgian waffle and turkey sausage with trop 50 for the pills. (Tummy ache most of the day due to the carbs...won't do that again.)

S. Chicken Coronet (chicken thighs in mushroom sauce with broccoli) over brown rice, Earl Grey tea

1200 kcals, so may have some dreyer's later
