Hoping Linda's trip to Gettysburg got off to a good start this morning!

We are heading out for lunch, Wal Mart, and then driving out into the boonies, looking for a park, where the Master Gardeners have a large garden that you can tour, they are having a plant sale next weekend, and we need to find out where it is, so we don't get lost next Saturday. :)

Wishing you ALL well today. :hiya:

Enjoy your outing expedition today Doris. A drive out is always fun.

Lucky Gal Linda off on her travels again. That sure must be a comfy set a wheels.
Yes, thanks again for posting the clip of that commercial.

Lainey, Thank you for recommending the Blacklist. I watched the first episode last night. WHOOHAA that is going to be a good show for sure! Do we have Unforgettable tonight, they missed us last week.

Another heaven sent sunny day up here mid 70's just lovely.

Waving to all and wishes for a relaxing Sunday, hope to check back later...

Good morning all,

Nice quiet day planned here - laundry, some house cleaning, possibly lunch with a friend, a visit to the gym, catch up on some reading, and an evening with 'Last Tango in Halifax' and 'Foyle's War'.

Hope you all are able to enjoy your day - Safe travels to Linda,

Michele

Good morning all...:sing: undecided now, so what are you going to do :sing: Trying to decide what today will bring. I've Nadine coming to clean but I've told the girls I'd go to church today; so what am I going to do? Hmmm? (I'm afraid of a bolt of lightning if I step inside the church as it's been so long since I've gone.)

Hope you're having a good day and good things come your way...:hugs::hugs:

Good morning. Sorry I've been missing on here. Things just get slow and nothing to say sometimes.

I made some coconut flour pancakes for us this morning. They were a little different feel in the mouth and Don noticed is but said that he would have them again. We like an almond flour baking mix with a little oat flour in the mix. I tried something different.

Our weather is a little on the crisp side in the morning but still reaches in the 80-90 range. The morning sure feel like fall is trying to set in.

Doris it's nice to have fun with Silas. What a nice find on that table and chair for him when he comes to visit.

Mary do you have to treat your open wound differently so it heals now from the inside out? I had something removed from my leg once and boy was it a bear to keep it from scabbing over too soon. So painful.

Susan is your son in the medical field? He must love to travel. He has a great job to be able to see so much of this world.

Lainey I''m so glad that your bill was just a mistake and it was all corrected. I think I would have fell down in a faint if that happened to me. Whew! I bet you feel better now that the numbers are right. Enjoy your time with your daughter. Let us know how the electric car feels when you ride in it. :)

Verleen my heart goes out to you. I hope you can get some help and not have direct contact with your husband. Hopefully the new puppy is treated well by him.

Doug enjoy your lovely weather. I read a blog of a Casita owner that is slowly coming down your way from Washington. She is all alone with her 2 dogs.

Well I've let my coffee get cold so better end this for now. Have a nice day and make it fun anyway you can. :hugs:

I just realized I post today's events on Gladys' birthday thread.

:console: to all those with aches and pains and something that needs to heal.

Linda, enjoy your trip.

Hi Everyone! :hiya: Happy Sunday! I am watching a Hallmark movie-First Daughter. It's cute. So I guess I am having a pretty good start to a lazy Sunday.

Got to spend yesterday with our 5 year old grandson. :jumpjoy: We haven't seen him since May. Lots of hugs and smiles, McDonalds Playland, Chuck E. Cheese, and WalMart toy department.

Well, well, well an interesting turn of event in my 'cute' movie. So guess, I will go and finish watching it.

Susan and Lainey-We watched our taped The Blacklist last night and WHOOHAA good show is what we thought, too.

Hope you all have a great day. Will pop back by here later.

Joni:)

whoo hoo- weed whacked the strip and ....

did it all without even one break- including sweeping up the entire curb. Didn't even have to add new thread ( LAWD, I hate putting in new thread ) All summer's practice and it being wonderfully cool made all the difference in the world. NOW waiting for My Ila and her hubby and the elect. car. We are going for a early dinner I thought Golden Corral but on second thought Carabah's sounds better. Sunday's has all those little kids touching and panting on every thing and running amuck- you cannot even tell who their parents are. NOT in my day! I only go on week days but we will check out the parking lot. Carabah's is next door and I have been craving some Italian food. The Fancy place is tomorrow night with resv. at 6:pm and Oh Boy, Oh Boy the zoo tomorrow and the flower nursery. I am a happy birthday girl.
