L. Arnold palmer while waiting for cousins to show then a small cobb salad at TGIF and had a couple of her parmesan fries...very good and elusive tastes

Tuesday, Tuesday...Fall season TV is back even tho' Fall is knockin' on the door but not coming in...busy day, but the ladies loved the tour and we loved showing it off and lunch wasn't too bad either.

coffee/milk, then had a couple of tacos and a diet soda after my scan and picking up the necklace

After the tour of the broadcast center, I took them to the favorite Chinese restaurant and it was their first time there, had a couple bites of sweet & sour pork and an spring roll

Had the leftover sweet & sour, a little bit of rice and a glass of pinot...desert was a couple of bite-size Snickers and a cup of decaf (love Snickers and so glad they make the bite-sized ones)

Wednesday's Food UD

Yep! I found some trouble to get into...a trip to the casino for poker and the slots. Also decided to go ahead and use my food money as I'll not be going back before the end of the month...oh my, the buffet is immense but I kind of kept to plan.

B. coffee/milk, 2 lc hi protein toast with a dab of peanut butter and a half glass of milk

L. Buffet - small lettuce & tomato salad with a bread stick, slice of brisket with Chinese broccoli and string beans, flan and almond cookies, coffee

S, pico de gallo in cottage cheese on tortilla chips (stopped to get some of those fantastic veggie chips and picked up a bag of the corn chips, really good) and a diet ginger ale

way too many calories and carbs

Thursday's food MD

Well, was shooting for a down day today but made it an MD when I stopped at Subway while I was killing time today, oh well! Before leaving the house, tho', I remembered to do a couple of things...froze the tamales, and cooked up the mushrooms I bought last week, and will make a tamale/chili relleno pie tomorrow so defrosting some meat for it (I've got to use up those chilis I roasted the other day)

coffee/milk, and an HB egg before leaving the house, then a Subway cold cut combo while I was out and I can't believe I ate the whole thing. I did have water with it, no soda if that counts for something.

Will have a bowl of my soup later and having a decaf now. That's 800 kcals so that's pretty good.
