UGH, Doris. I never keep any cooked protein for more than three days. Had food poisoning once and that was one time too many.

B. 11 am, 2 eggs, bacon, mushroom, cheddar scramble with small glass of Trop 50 for the pills.

s. apple fritter and a decaf

S. Italian sausage, chili with a bit of cheddar and corn chips, milk

1500 kcals (Doris, that Italian Ice sounded so good I picked some up and will have one tonight)

Yes Mary, I'm glad that my husband likes it, I buy the no sugar added, but it comes in regular, too. My daughter in law gets a case of it at Sam's, but it comes in a form that you squeeze it into your mouth, tastes good, but sort of messy for an adult. Hope your N can come tomorrow, can you manage alone if she can't do it anymore or moved away?
