6:00: hamburger or chicken on flat bread
Snack: peanuts, CF diet soda

Saturday's foods

B: yellow squash, brussel sprouts, garlic, mushrooms, sautéed. 1/2 cup egg whites. flaxmeal, hot salt. grated parm on top. hot coffee

L: Sara Lee 45 cal. bread sandwich, Colby cheese. 1 H/B egg. grape tomatoes. iced coffee

Snack: Italian Ice, Strawberry flavor, and iced coffee

D: either leftover ham, some noodle stuff, and asparagus \
iced coffee

Evening snack: Skinny Cow frozen bar on a stick, and some baby bel cheese
iced coffee

had black coffee and around 2 p.m. a bolilo (mexican hard roll, went to the panadaria) with a couple ounces of chicken breast and an hour later one of the tamales I got at the taquero (same store) and lo diet pepsi from last night

s. nectarine (not as good as Sam's, but it's the end of the season.

had another bolilo about 7 p.m. with peanut butter...oh!, BTW I take out all the innards of the rolls and just eat the crust. decaf coffee

about 700 kcals
