lol, I hope so, but remember those pajamas where the back seat flipped down?? Or some overalls, you had to take the top part down all the way to use the facilities, these were for females, mind you, back in the 1960's, early 1970's. I had a navy blue one, lol.

Sunday's foods for frolic

B: yellow zucchini, mushrooms, garlic, green onion, 1/2 cup egg whites. Morten's hot salt, grated parm on top. iced black coffee

Snack: Luigi's Italian Ice, lemon flavor, 60 calories, very nice. iced coffee

Oh, lunch: 2 H/B eggs and some Colby and jack cheese

D: kids are bringing thin crust Papa Murphy's pizza later on, and I'll make salad with romaine and as little iceburg as I can get away with. iced black coffee.

Evening snack: cut up strawberries or some grapes, depends on what is left.

coffee/hood's, then a jimmy dean light breakfast muffin with Ocean Spray for the pills about 11 am

a club sandwich with fries at the casino

and the rest of the club with some fresh veggies for supper about seven p.m.

s. handful of grapes,,,really good ones

S. chicken frank, chili & beans with cheddar, and lo fries crisped in the oven, milk and hood's half & half...

s. sf jello with some kinda fruit and probably a decaf

Snack: Luigi's Italian Ice, lemon flavor and iced coffee

D: leftover burger patty and romaine salad and iced coffee

Evening snack: cut up strawberries, from Salinas. Luigi's Italian Ice again, lemon flavor. iced coffee until bedtime

S. at 6, small tomato (last of the heirloom from dh), creamed spinach (had a bag of baby spinach on the edge of dying) and 4 ounces porterhouse steak...make it 6 ounces 'cause it tasted so good. pinot noir...coffee/milk

600 kcals (10 carbs) probably a nectarine for snack later
