6:00: trying to find a recipe for chicken w rice sort of casserole.

B: 2 eggs, scrambled and Sara Lee bread toasted. Iced water

L: 2 H/B eggs, grape tomatoes and black olives, too busy for more right than.

Snack: Luigi's Italian Ice and iced coffee

D: baked ham, sautéed asparagus with garlic, and some baked potato.

Friday's Foods DD

Coffee (unfortunately took it with milk) had a small banana about 11 am and a hb egg about one p.m....

s. veggie plate, bell pepper, cauliflower, celery, a baby carrot and a couple slices of turnip with a bit of cottage thinned with Walden Farm and aBaby Bel light. Arnold Palmer

S. HC chicken marinara and a lc quesadilla, more iced tea.

600 kcals and will probably have sf jello later

Snack: Luigi's Italian Ice, lemon flavor and iced coffee

D: Hebrew National hot dogs, on Sara Lee bread, iced coffee spinach salad on the side, small one. iced coffee

Evening snack: Skinny Cow frozen bar on a stick, and baby Bel cheese round

Well the teen was too busy to come over today, so nuttin' done here...hit 105 on the thermometer and had to make a run to the marketo in it...oh well, I didn't melt.

coffee/milk

B. about noon, two eggs, smoked porkchop and crystal light for the pills

s. peach and a mozzarella stick, arnold palmer

S. NS risotto, shrimp, lo creamed spinach and a very small sweetpotato for desert...still haven't decided what I'm drinking tonight...
