Thursday's foods

B: zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, brussel sprouts, broth, 1/2 cup egg whites, garlic, hot salt, sautéed. grated parm on top.
iced water

L: H/B eggs, black olives, grape tomatoes and iced coffee

Snack: baby bel light cheese rounds and iced coffee

D: steamed cauliflower, leftover fish and cooked carrots, iced coffee

Evening snack: cut up strawberries and Skinny Cow frozen bar, iced coffee

Thursday's food UD

Good day but my eyes seem to be bigger than the stomach...made two eggs and a batch of peppers (all my peppers came ripe at the same time, plus my niece brought a bunch from her garden and I had just bought a bag of the small ones) and could only eat half...

coffee/hood's

B. peppers & egg, sausage patty and a bit of mozzarella, V8 for the pills

s. watermelon

S. catfish at Louisiana's with a very small cole slaw, diet coke

s. brownie brittle and a cup of decaf

900 kcals..not good for an up day, but really full all day.

L: Stopped at "Steak & Shake", right on the way back from doctor's offices, as luck would have it. 2 cute little sliders and simple green salad with bleu cheese dressing, hot cup of coffee.

Snack: no time, on the road, but iced coffee when we got home.

D: made spaghetti for dh, wheat noodles, and so forth. I had 2 pieces of Sara Lee bread toasted, 2 H/B eggs. and iced coffee

Evening snack: cut up strawberries and Skinny Cow frozen bar on a stick

Sure confused on up day/down day...yesterday's UD was too low, today's DD is way too high, but that's life, I guess.

coffee/hood's before leaving the house

B. about noon...Carne asada, egg & bean burrito and a diet coke

S. small can of tuna, mayo, sweet pickle relish...bagel thin, small tomato, red pepper and a dill pickle. Haven't decided on anything to drink.

Up Day/Down Day be darned....my tummy has been so upset decided today was a good day for some food.

B. started out with soft boiled eggs and 1 slice of low carb toast, only essential pills with water

S. filet mignon and hash browns

not sure what else, so we'll see what follows

800 kcals..plus whatever comes
