Brunch: Breakfast at local church, scrambled eggs, bacon, 1 biscuit.
Too much for me to eat that early in the am.

Snack: if needed, few salted almonds, CF diet soda

Start Date: March 1, 2004 w/dietitian,doctor
Saturday's foods

B: 2 cups leftover cauliflower, 1/2 cup egg whites, onion, garlic, mushrooms, broth, hot salt, parmesan on top. coffee

L: Sara Lee 45 cal. bread, sandwich of turkey, light laughing cow cheese. H/B eggs. black olives iced coffee

Snack: grape tomatoes and iced coffee

D: leftover chicken pieces, baked, leftover carrots and some sort of salad that needs to be used up. iced coffee

Evening snack: 100 cal. frozen creamsicle like bar on a stick, and some cantaloupe later on. iced coffee

snack: 1/4 of a pink grapefruit

D: stir fry veggies and Pork medallions

PM: SF jello w 1/3 of vanilla pudding 20 calories, 2 carbs

250 TV channels and the best I can find is an Indiana Jones marathon on USA...wow!

coffee/milk until noon...half a banana, too

B. Stelly/style waffle, 2 eggs and 2 sausage patties, crystal light for the pills

L. 2 Tacky Bell tacos, diet soda

S. a couple of spareribs and an ear of corn (guess I'll have to wait on the beans, greens and cornbread)

1100 kcals
