A: Storing memory is not a problem; retrieving it is the problem.

650 kcals...still not getting low enough to kick in the SIRTs but not worried about it. May have a nectarine later...they are so luscious now

been playing on-line poker since I came home...did use the kneehab, and the muscles are letting me know I am working 'em.

B. coffee/milk, hash browns, 2 eggs, 2 turkey sausage and trop 50 for the pills. had a half a banana about an hour before breakfast.

s. nectarine

L. great smoked salmon and cream cheese on the light bagel thins, tomato and onion...good thing no one's around to smell the breath...arnold palmer.

s. a couple of chocolate chip chips...very thin cookies made into chips...really good....decaf coffee/milk.

S. lo rib eye, with lo corn on the cob...pinot noir...so tempted to not have the steak again tonight...but remembered I have some pickled cabbage and peppers to eat, too...

Yep, two up days back to back...I'm not obsessing about my weight, just marking time now...maybe I'll get impetus back in a bit

Doris, I use the laughing cow herb, swiss, in the cabbage-chicken thingy and the sweet ones, strawberry and cinnamon on magic pops for a sweet when I'm sticking to the ADD, really like them and they are so satisfying.

B. biiiiggggg one, coffee/milk, 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties and an english muffin, trop 50 for the pills...at least I didn't have jam on the muffin.

S. wings and slaw, mini donut and a diet pepsi, decaf later

1400 kcals.

B: 2 cups leftover cauliflower, garlic, leftover taco meat, broth mixture.
iced coffee (had no eggs)

L: ate at Culver's, never went there before, but had coupons, so rye bread, burger, onions and cheese sandwich, I guess this company is from Wisconsin, they push cheesy things, even curds, never had that before.

Snack: iced coffee and grape tomatoes

D: Some kind of baked chicken, brussel sprouts and onions.

Thursday eats
 
Surprised myself this morning by stepping on the scales and found I'm holding...not losing, not gaining. That's a good thing and I'm not going to obsess about what I eat right now. The time will come when I'll drop my next 40 pounds...'til then, I'm just relaxing about food.

Made a new dish tonight while trying to stretch my lo coleslaw from last night...I add the cabbage to my lo egg salad from this morning. Thought I had ruined it 'til I tasted it and it's really good....so I guess I'll have a little cabbage in my egg salad in the morning.

B. coffee/hood's/milk, lc bagel thin, half with egg salad the other half with lox and cream cheese....grape juice for the pills.

S. baked beans & hotdogs, lo coleslaw, and a michelob ultra

having melon for snack later, should have had it this afternoon, but got hungry for food.

1200 kcals.

Evening snack: grapefruit segments that need to be used up, from the jar, everyone else is having watermelon, but I dislike it very much.
