Doing better today, at least I'm not pickin' all day long...not as low as it should be but better...
B. coffee/hood's, hb egg
s/L. NS bran flakes with small nectarine in hood's,
s. celery & cauliflower, iced decaf
S. 2 chicken franks, a bit of chili (no beans), and some cheese blend, diet gingerale
oh! and made a bowl of ambrosia for tomorrow, so had a couple bites of the orange...soooooo gooooooood!

B: wrap with lc tortilla, 2 eggs, bacon bits and half a small avocado
L: pizza on lc tortilla with 2 tbsp Bella Vita LC pasta sauce/ 2 oz pepperoni, mozzarella
D: Shrimp Pad Thai, frozen shrimp, 1 pkg House Foods shiratake/tofu spaghetti, 2 cups cabbage slaw mix, 2 eggs. Made 2 servings. Sauce soy sauce, fresh ginger, fish sauce.
