Thursday's food UD

Decided to have breakfast out after my battle at the DMV and stayed away from the NS foods...

coffee/1% milk, hb egg before trip to DMV

B. Mimi's Bacon, eggs, rye toast, coffee/half&half

L. lo pizza from freezer, extra cheese diet pepsi

S. raw veggie plate; cauliflower, a baby carrot, plum tomato, half a bell pepper from the patio, half a cucumber, a few thin sprigs of asparagus wrapped in a couple slices of prosciutto, baby bel white zin

decaf and an ounce of filberts with a few cherries

1700 kcals...a real up day, actually at goal, now if I can keep tomorrow's down day at goal I'll be okay.

Friday's Foods MD

Maybe I should stop worrying about the weight and the woe; to paraphrase Doris, at our age, does it really matter? The heat just seems to get me down whenever I have to go out into it...actually not doing badly, just can't seem to cut the calories as low as I need to go....sigh!

B. coffee/1%milk, NS o's cereal/milk, half a banana, and crystal light for the pills...thought if I had some carbs for breakfast it would help me make better decisions later.

s. iced skinny latte at the hospital

S. subway cold cut combo sub sand and a diet ginger ale...only meant to eat half, but it tasted so good I can't believe I ate the whole thing...sigh!

1000 kcals, sigh!

Finally able to get back in here,

Brunch Friday:
Soft boiled eggs, bacon and coffee

Dinner: Italian Sausage, sautéed mushrooms, peppers, onions and some baked beans. Iced coffee.

Chardonnay tonight.
