Friday's Foods UD

Down two pounds this morning, hope it lasts through the 5:2...we'll see, won't we?

B. coffee/hood's, egg beaters, one sausage, crystal light for the pills (I bought a cheapie frozen breakfast at the dollar store yesterday...yuck!...unbearable...so I had egg whites with the tiny sausages in it.)

s. NS banana nut muffin, coffee/hood's...muffin was quite good...pretty small but they are filling.

s. yep, I know, two snacks? popcorn, and a small diet soda at the movies

S. lo steak, NS loaded baked potato, lo green beans, pinot noir.

I'm finding they NS food is okay, and extremely filling...they load a lot of protein into the food, even the muffins.

1200 kcals...late snack, probably not but we'll see.

Friday menu''

Brunch, Plain Greek yogurt, a hard boiled egg dipped in mayo and Coffee

Dinner: Pork roast, sugar free apple sauce, broccoli salad and Iced coffee.

Chardonnay tonight.

L- 4 oz chicken, 8 oz eggplant, onions & mushrooms, 10 oz salad, 1/2 oz tahini, 1/2 oz dressing
S- 8 oz yogurt, 4 oz pumpkin, 1/2 oz ground flax, 18 oz salad, 1-1/2 oz dressing

Thanks, Loretta, I'm hoping I can make it to goal and maintain as long as you have been....you deserve congratulations for your achievement.

B. coffee/milk, NS bran flakes, a bit of dried cranberries, hb egg and ocean spray light for the pills.

L. lo baked potato with NS chili & beans, chicken frank, and some grated cheddar, iced tea

S...still full from lunch, so will have a mozzarella stick, some chicken tenders, and I feel like some coleslaw, and diet ginger ale

1400 kcals...wow!
