Hi gang!

We have been eating rather well, this heat takes the hunger right out of you, but you do get thirsty.

Having those half sandwich with a salad meals. Breakfasts are senior meals, so it's tasty but not so much food, except for coffee.

It hit 106 Mary, driving through that Mojave desert section, good grief~ When you got out of the car at the rest stops, where there was no breeze, it was like walking into an oven.......thank goodness for A/C in the car. Lots of other seniors out there, too, traveling to see family, many were heading to the Grand Canyon and Phoenix was also hotter than we were. We are in Flagstaff tonight, it is cooler here.

dh is napping and now and then watching some car race. Didn't exercise today, except for walking down a hill and up a hill to go to the Coco's.

Take care, friends!
