Thursday menu

Brunch: 2 soft boiled eggs, slice of sprouted flax toast and Iced coffee.

Drank several more Iced coffee this afternoon.

Dinner was just a couple of pieces of chicken and a V-8. Too hot for much else.

Thursday's foods

B: yellow squash, brussel sprouts, green onion, spinach, 1/2 cup egg whites. Flaxmeal, garlic. chipotle flavoring. Grated parm on top.
lots of black coffee

L: pumpernickel bread, light laughing cow cheese, turkey. H/B egg. grape tomatoes in a bowl. black coffee

Snack: black coffee, cold

D: catfish and large spinach salad, f/f poppyseed dressing.

Evening snack: cut up strawberries and cold black coffee

S- 8 oz yogurt, 4 oz pumpkin, 1 tbsp ground flax, 18 oz salad, 1-1/2 oz dressing

coffee/hood's, hb egg

L. sashimi and a bit of sushi rice started it off, then all afternoon been nibbling
a nectarine, veggies..small turnip, cauliflower, radishes and a baby carrot, raw peanuts, and iced tea

S. salmon, and a dill pickle

540 kcals 20 carbs...now I've just gotta make it through the night...

It appears that I have learned how to maintain the weight loss, I just can't seem to lose more...and you know what? I think I'm happy with that...I'll lose the next 40, but not going to sweat it...

B. coffee/milk/hood's, french toast made with egg beaters and sara lee lite bread, bacon and egg, trop 50 for the pills.

s. honeydew melon and some macadamia nuts, then one WASA cracker with chopped liver, arnold palmer

S. nacho chips, chili con queso, and a couple of Foster Farm turkey franks, more iced tea

s. Dreyer's ice cream...butter pecan, yum!

1550 kcals.
