Friday's Foods UD

Happy Summer Solstice...Hope t'was a good day for all.

B. coffee/cream, eggs bacon and rye toast with strawberry jam...and more coffee

s. chocolate mini doughnuts with decaf/hood's

S. Cube steak, mushrooms, provolone, avocado & tomato...a few radishes and a dill pickle, glass of merlot

1500 kcals...fruit compote later...

yesterday had a fruit cup and a bowl of popcorn as a snack after posting...

Friday menu:

Brunch at Miniers, piece of their fish, broccoli/cauliflorer, bacon salad and Iced coffee.

Dinner: too hot to eat much, but had egg salad on a lavash wrap ( made an awful lot of it ) few strawberries in cream and Iced coffee.

Chardonnay tonight.

B - 1 oz TVP, 4 oz soymilk, 1 oz soy powder, 8 oz apples, strawberries & bueberries
L - 3 oz cod, 2 oz yogurt, 8 oz salad, 1 tbsp dressing, 1 tbsp tahini, 2 oz salsa
S - 8 oz yogurt, 4 oz pumpkin, 1/2 oz ground golden flax, 8 oz cooked veggie, 8oz salad, 2 oz salsa, 1 oz dressing, 1/2 oz butter

Saturday's foods

B: zucchini cut up, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, green onion. 1/2 cup egg whites. flaxmeal, garlic. curry powder Grated parm on top.
black coffee

L: Sara Lee bread sandwich, ham and swiss. H/B egg. bowl of grape tomatoes and black olives. black coffee

Snack: V8 can and black coffee or iced tea

D: grilled pork chop from Costco, thick kind, no bone. Steamed brussel sprouts with parm on top and some red onion. black coffee

Evening snack: cut up strawberries and Healthy Choice frozen bar.

No fruit last night...did have another decaf.

Another lazy Saturday, just a little sorting, TV and reading, playing with the dogs and just a kick-back day.

B. Coffee/hood's or black,Doris special...zucchini, onion, bell pepper from the patio and a bit of jalapeno in egg beater scramble with turkey bacon, crystal light for the pills.

s. a few veggies, cauliflower, celery, turnip, carrot and cucumber with my iced tea

S. Another Healthy Choice steamer with added chicken breast, dill pickle, more iced tea

600 kcals...no snack tonight, fer shure
