1st week successful !!
Ok - so I just completed my day 7 on the low-carb plan and am now ready to go for week 2. I haven't weighed myself since I started - I'm holding that off until I complete the 2 week induction. I did weigh myself on the morning that I started. I am so proud that I have not cheated at all this first week. I know from experience that I can expect to lose at least 10 pounds in these first 2 weeks. I'm especially proud because I am a stress eater and I have had a lot of stress this week at work but I have not turned to food for comfort. Ok - onward !

Way to go, girl. Keep up the good work, and remember this is not a diet. It's a life style.
