B: zucchini, brussel sprouts, onion, browned. 1/2 cup egg subs. Flaxmeal, garlic. curry. Grated parm on top
black coffee sips, lots

L: sardine sandwich, 2 slices Sara Lee bread, toasted. H/B egg. bowl of grape tomatoes. black coffee

Snack: s/f suisse mocha hot drink, 2 of them, and black coffee

D: leftover fish from another past dinner, and steamed cauliflower

Evening snack: cantaloupe cubes and Skinny Cow frozen fudge bar on a stick.

L- 4 oz chicken breast, 10 oz eggplant, mushrooms, onions and spaghetti sauce, 8 oz salad, 1/2 oz dressing, 1/2 oz tahini sauce
S- 8 oz greek yogurt, 4 oz pumpkin, 18 oz salad, 1-1/2 oz dressing, 1/2 oz flaxseed meal.

S. early...burger patty w/cheese on Sizzler's garlic toast, avocado, sliced tomato, iced tea and then the snackin' started....a potato chipped and browned in the microwave...some filberts...some sf candy..a couple of franks & cheese...corn chips...more filberts...then rum n' pepsi..which ended the nibblin' stage....sigh!

Fully intended to keep to the down day today, but slipped....again. Oh well, no blame, not feeling guilty either. My restart will come then I'll start losing the last 30 pounds. N came over to do some cleaning today and brought me a plate from their BBQ which I promptly sat down and ate.

B. black coffee, hb egg

L. BBQ small piece of steak, a couple ounces of chicken breast, half a corn, and a few grilled peppers..'twas good and I didn't cook it. Sometimes OP's (other people's) food tastes good.

s. celery, a couple baby carrots and a few radishes, arnold palmer

S. lo chicken leg (no skin), broccoli in chicken/mushroom soup with a bit of cheese on top..

700 kcals, 31 carbs

Thanks, DH has his own favs when it comes to his food. Luckily with the kids out of the house, it doesn't matter. He does have beans and high fiber bread as well as granola bars that are high fiber. But other than those things, we don't have sugar or flour products in the house. He is very supportive in many ways.

Oh my, I think I finally learned the lesson about the casino. Had to go out to see about a bracelet I lost last week...fell off my wrist. The new one I had just bought and this was the first time I had worn it...no luck. Hope whoever found it enjoys it...oh well. Also had lunch there to use up my free food-money...oh well.

B. coffee/hood's, 2 eggs, 2 bacon & 1 smokie's, with sara lee lc bread, crystal light for the pills...more coffee at the poker table

L. steamed sole, brisket, a spoon of beef burgundy and a couple of orange chicken with chinese broccoli, a small fruit cup, 3 almond cookies, flan and a very small lemon meringue tartlet, milk and coffee

S. pico de gallo salad (cucumber, avocado, tomato, a bit of onion and bell pepper, lemon juice) a couple of corn chips, chicken frank & provolone, chardonay

Doris, ours is a relatively small congregation of about 110 families.

Gee, 110 families is alot, to me, anyway, Loretta. The little church in Greenville has maybe 18 families, and the Fr. takes care of two churches.

Wednesday's foods

Mixed up day today, too many phone calls and fast moves

B: handful of cauliflower and 1/2 cup egg subs. Some black coffee sips.

L: at the Cafe in the bigger city, after the bank visit, 2 eggs and a biscuit and 2 good cups of coffee, black.

Snack: coffee, notary is going to be here

D: leftovers or plain hot dogs, and black coffee

Evening snack: Healthy Choice frozen fudge bar on a stick, and some reduced fat cheese pieces. black coffee

Dinner: Butter lettuce salad with strawberries and blueberries, Poppyseed dressing, broiled bacon wrapped scallops. LOVE the things.

Feeling good, surprisingly, except where the muscles are letting me know they were used today...may hit the hot tub later.

L/S. Kale salad with sesame dressing, few ounces Costco chicken breast, 3 small peppers, another cuppa

390 kcals, see if I can go the night...will probably have a diet soda and some popcorn for another 100 later...total under 500 kcals
