Another week!

Loretta V 05-12-2013 05:51 AM

Thanks for the chuckle this morning, Doris. Let's keep rolling along.

mykneesareback 05-12-2013 03:52 PM

Yep, lol, Loretta, I'm sure you are having a lovely day today!

Did 2 hrs. 45 min. bike time, and not a thing more, spent time in the kitchen cutting up watermelon, strawberries, fixing dh's deviled eggs, lunch, dinner will be huevos rancheros with some leftover turkey taco meat tossed on for him. Quick stuff.

That's it for me..............:)

Hope you guys are enjoying your time today!

mykneesareback 05-12-2013 07:08 PM

I got the 10 lb. weights done this evening, after all, felt like "doing something", lol.

What happened to every one today? :dunno:

Loretta V 05-13-2013 07:41 AM

Out for an early walk this am. Love the sun being up early. Cool here this am, 39 degrees with sun shine.

mykneesareback 05-13-2013 01:48 PM

3 hrs. 30 min. bike time, and some Jack LaLanne chair exercises.

Tomorrow won't get much in, and Wed have an eye appt. in the AM, too.

SuSUN 05-13-2013 05:24 PM

45 mins walk in the woods with DD and her dog Billy.

LoveMontana 05-13-2013 05:44 PM

2 hour walk and wander today

Light hand weights after dinner.

Loretta V 05-14-2013 10:47 AM

Early walk and exercise workout. Beautiful weather here.

mykneesareback 05-14-2013 04:23 PM

It was beautiful here this AM, too, but I had to be in the house, dh was out doing weed eating.

Did 2 hrs. 30 min. bike time, thanks to extra long soccer game. Whatever I do later on will be for pleasure, weights probably sounds good right now.

See yah tomorrow!

SuSUN 05-14-2013 07:10 PM

Doris, Did you hear Manchester Utd have a new Manager. The fans are sad to lose Ferguson, just hearing snip-its from relatives back in the UK.

1hr Walk in the woods with DD and her dog Billy.
Walked my dog on the bike path 20 mins more of a stroll along.

mykneesareback 05-14-2013 07:24 PM

Oh yes, Susan, we see the soccer news from England tv every day, besides watching those games.........it will be interesting to see how this other manager does, he is well experienced, but not Ferguson.........there will be some other managers fired and changed about in the next few weeks. My favorite is Harry Rednapp, but his latest team has gone down to the lower level now.

How is your house hunt going?

Shalbrihil 05-14-2013 07:57 PM

We got out of the house a little bit today. Nothing to call home about. :D

Loretta V 05-15-2013 11:03 AM

Out to walk, 4.6 miles. Didn't sight any deers today. Usually see 8 or 9 of them.

Exercise workout upper and lower body 30 min. Last one for a week or so until left eye heals after cataract surgery tomorrow.

mykneesareback 05-15-2013 01:48 PM

Loretta, we have your deer, 2 small herds that come through, waiting for stuff to "drop", out of the trees, lol, and enjoying the tips of the grass and weeds.

Did 1 1/2 hrs. on the bike, and whatever else I can sqeeze in later, likely it will be squats in the kitchen for sure.

mykneesareback 05-16-2013 01:34 PM

3 hrs. on the bike, done for today.

Shalbrihil 05-16-2013 04:15 PM

Feel under the weather today.

Loretta V 05-17-2013 09:27 AM

Cataract eye surgery checked out fine this am. Hope to walk later today, no jogging or exercise workout for a week. VERY GOOD VISION

mykneesareback 05-17-2013 03:32 PM

What wonderful news, Loretta!! :shake:

How are you today, Sharon, hopefully feeling up to "snuff"..........

Did 2 hrs. 45 min. bike time, Jack LaLanne chair exercises and probably done.

LoveMontana 05-17-2013 03:45 PM

Fantastic news, Loretta. You must be totally thrilled.

Did the usual two hour walk and just now finished the hand weights.

SuSUN 05-17-2013 05:47 PM

:jumpjoy: That is amazingly good news Loretta. WTGG!

Do you still need glasses for anything? I hear you can almost throw them away after that surgery.

Friday exercise: Just a 20 mins walk with my dog on the bike path.

Loretta V 05-18-2013 09:59 AM

Will need glasses for close work and also stigmatism correction. So I will keep wearing them. Not a problem for me.
Long walk did not wear pedometer.

LoveMontana 05-18-2013 02:50 PM

Two hour walk but will take the day off from the hand weights/:D

SuSUN 05-18-2013 03:01 PM

Doris, Our house hunt is on hold. DD has to sell her place first. They may rent for a year while their/our house is being built so very early stages yet. I have not completely decided either so gives me some breathing space.
What team is that Redcapp manager? I don't follow soccer but the relatives do.

Saturday's Ex: Did my small hand weights arm and shoulder routine and some leg and thigh work.

mykneesareback 05-18-2013 03:55 PM

Susan, Harry's team lately has been the Queen's Park Rangers, and they just went down into the lower league.

Did 3 hrs. on the bike, and kitchen stuff took up the rest of my afternoon.

That's that!!

Shalbrihil 05-18-2013 08:45 PM

So good to see your vision has improved now. That's what mine did when I had mine done. I don't need glasses all the time now. Just cheaters for reading. As you can see by my avi. :)

We got out for a walk with the boys. All I did was say "where's your shirts" and we were committed. It was a nice day for it and we got in a nice ride in the bargain.

All times are GMT -7. The time now is 08:29 PM.
