B: zucchini, mushrooms, cauliflower, spinach, 1/2 cup egg whites. green onion. flaxmeal, garlic. chipotle flavor. Grated parm on top.

L: Sara Lee bread sandwich, turkey I'm trying to finish up, light laughing cow cheese. Bowl of spinach from the can. Some black olives.

D: huevos rancheros and some leftover asparagus.

Lazy Day, reading, watching a ball game and the Harry Potter series...I loved 'em.

B. about noon, egg scrambled, bacon, eggo waffles with sf syrup, and diet cranberry juice, coffee fore and aft

s. nibbles on dinner menu as it came off and went to the fridge for cooling...just a nibble here and a nibble there, raspberry iced tea all afternoon

S. faux-tater salad, coleslaw and braised tri-tip, with a glass of white zin

1100 kcals give or take a few, may have snack later...maybe Dreyer's and a Vitatop muffin top which will add another couple hundred for around 1400 kcals.

B: LAST one at the high school, for their school semester, and last one for us for sure, unless this house falls through, too. They had pancakes, scrambled eggs and ham, so that's what we had, it was good and it was free, lol. Everyone there is so nice, good "kids" and so forth. Was a nice time. Saw our real estate guy there, too, so updated him, the people still want our house.

D: huevos rancheros with reduced fat montery jack cheese, chipotle salsa, corn tortillas. Salad on the side, fresh spinach. f/f milk
