Thursday's foods

B: zucchini, cut up into pieces, mushrooms, cauliflower, browned a bit. 1/2 cup egg whites. Flaxmeal, garlic. chipotle flavor. Grated parm on top black coffee sips

L: Sandwich of Sara Lee bread, ham, light laughing cow cheese, toasted.
H/B eggs. Bowl of grape tomatoes. black coffee

Snack: s/f suisse mocha hot drink, and black coffee as usual

D: spinach salad and salmon from the can.

Evening snack: cut up strawberries and some jack cheese, reduced fat
hot black coffee

May gray continues...nother day at the casino and poker table...let me just say...ugh!

B. coffee/milk, 2 eggs, bacon and the last of the Eggo waffles with lc syrup and crystal light for the pills

s. donut at the poker tables, black coffee

L. late, small chow mein with teriyaki chicken and a fortune cookie

S. later, chili burger on lo eggplant with swiss cheese and a slice tomato

1500 kcals...may have some vanilla dreyers later...we'll see but I'm eating dinner so late, who knows?

May Gray continuing, but we're going to have an increase in the temps for the weekend and drop again next week. It's all good. Can stay cool as long as it can for me...we know it'll warm up. Taking it easy but going to start doing my exercises tomorrow and resume walking...signing up for the gym tomorrow, too. Gonna get back on my feet...

Coffee before pt, then broke my fast at 2 p.m. with a mary muffin...egg white, LOF ham, ff cheese on a sandwich thin, with crystal light for the pills and another cup of coffee.

s. decaf/nf milk

S. grilled salmon and cod, with coleslaw and vinegared cucumber...half & half to drink...half tea/half lemonade.

Feeling good...knee's screaming a little after two miles today so still strengthening it.

B. more coffee/half&Half, eggs, sausage, biscuit & gravy

S. artichoke with ranch dressing, harvard-type beets, grilled salmon, a few olives & Bread and butter pickles, chardonnay

1300 kcals, will probably have a decaf later, and maybe a bit of dreyer's vanilla with strawberries for another couple of hundred kcals, but still within goal
