Totally by accident, I came across a Dannon Greek Yogurt that is 10% milk fat. Very creamy. 310 cal, 22 grams fat and totally worth it. 2% fat Greek yogurt is 160 cal.

Has anyone else tried it?

MMary, I usually buy the Stoneyfield brand, 5.3 oz containers, that are 80 calories per container and 6 carbs. With 2 drops of liquid splenda, it's pretty good.

The Stonyfield plant is in the next town over and I have been on the tour. But their yogurt is extremely expensive in these parts. I know it is great because I have tasted it, but I have a hard time paying more than $5.00 per qt. The Stonyfield yogurt is $9 qt.

Wednesday's Food UD

Unfortunately, my commissary no longer carries Stoneyfield full fat yogurt...most of the time they have only the 0% plain or 0% vanilla., They used to carry it and it was always the first to go so don't know why they stopped.

poker today, blah!!!! Decided today that if I don't lose at least a couple of pounds this month, going back to low carb inducation the first of the month...in conjunction with JUDDD, to kick it in the hmmmph. June 5th will be my JUDDDversary...one year with 43 pounds (more or less) lost so I'm happy but been losing really slowly for the last few months, if not stalled. We'll see how it goes. I know, I know, I should (and am) overjoyed losing weight eating like this...

B. Coffee au lait, egg yolks, lil smokie sausages, lite muffin and the end of the trop 50 for the pills.

L. Casino, fatburger grilled chicken sandwich and a diet soda

S. Lasagna, meatball, bread stick, merlot

1800 kcals (my goal is 1850)

Saturday's food DD

Been sipping on tea with lemonade all day...an Arnold Palmer...as it's been in the 90's all day. 'Twas 80 degrees when I got up this morning; we'll have a couple of days of heat, then it'll drop back to normal only to rise later this month for good, I'm sure, until the fall coolth. That's life I guess.

B. about noon, tuna salad on a magic pop, and iced tea....had a couple cups of coffee before.

s. filberts

S. chicken breast, broccoli in mushroom/chicken sauce, with more iced tea.

may have more tuna later, probably not.

430 kcals
