Tuesday's foods UD

Before I forget it again, Loretta, with my crazy eyesight I read your opening as the second "moose" gets the cheese and I was wondering what meeses are doing with cheese....

and, yes Doris, I am happy to be able to shop at the big box stores. I do like their meats but I buy my paper products at the commissary...much cheaper there, as are the soaps, cleaners and other household products. I'll buy the chicken breasts, flatten them into cutlets, and freeze up individual ones...that's one of the reasons for the new freezer. My single girl friends look at me crazy, because I cook my meals and they don't. Do you carry an ice chest when you go down to the valley? My brother/sl did when they went to Sacramento to see their kids....now my brudder is pretty much stuck to the distance of his 50-foot air hose...dang asthma/COPD.

I'm going to start changing my monthly weight loss recording to during the middle of the month as it seems to creep back up during the last few day s. The last UD I had a bowl of cheerios and fiber one before bed and my weight jumped up three pounds....still haven't re-lost it....sigh! And before you say anything, I know three pounds weight increase does not come from one little bowl of cereal.

B. coffee/milk, a Jimmy Dean light muffin and trop 50 for the pills.

S. early dinner at the casino (decided to use my free food coupon)...a mexican plate, carne asada, carnitas, a few chips, guac, sour cream and pico de gallo, then a small piece of brisket and Chinese broccoli, small flan and a diet cola....brought cookies home, but I'm too full to partake...having a cup of decaf, tho'

1200 kcals (and the tail-waggers are wondering where their share is)

Mary, I'm glad you and your family members and friends arn't being run off from those fires! It's so alarming, there are several up here in Northern Calif too, and the smoke has floated down the valley to Sacramento, they showed it on the news. Wish the humidity would go up, it's only single digits, which doesn't help. Stay safe!!

Saturday's food UD

Pretty tired after all the cleaning, thank goodness, I didn't do it all....the bit I did tired me out but the shopping, cleaning and chopping vegetables really did me in. Why do we continue to stand at the sink to do those jobs particularly when I have a perfectly good stool I could move over to make life easier? Sigh!!!

B. had a Jimmy Dean Lite muffin as I was running and didn't have the time to make my own..coffee before and after.

L. half a Subway cold cut combo, and had the other half later on with a diet Pepsi.

S. Planning on eggplant parmigiana with lo sausage and a fresh corn salad but not really sure if I'll have it...still full from the sub. glass of merlot...

1800 kcals with supper, 1400 without...
