Coffee! One of the reasons to get out of bed. I enjoy 1 large cup (down from two) and have recently started adding 1 T of coconut oil and 1T of coconut milk. Zap it with a stick blender and Starbucks has got nothing on me.
We are having beautiful weather. Got in a 3 mile walk yesterday and am planning the same for today. Eating still under control....fingers crossed.

Have a blessed day!

Morning everybody!

Doris I hope the timing of the move with selling, packing, closings, all that comes together. It takes a real Midas touch! Good luck and congratulations on the offer for your house.

I rested all day yesterday. Just walked the dog a few times and watched DGS work in the yard. I'm ready for anything today...I hope.

Have a great week

Good morning and a wave. Enjoying my coffee too. My first cup has to have a little cream in it. Must be the Norwegian blood. Trying for another walk day. So far my heel and knee are holding up.

Verleen hope your just busy with your daughter and all is well. We miss you.

Going to go see what's happen in the World News department. See you later.

Good morning everyone. Thanks for the kick start, Doris.

Coffee with cream, no sweetener, for me too.

Last night was finally the first night I have slept for a good solid 5 hours since the accident. Must be finally getting well.

Good morning and so glad you are recovering, Linda.

I WAS planning on working in my garden today as we have no rain in the forecast for the next week and when it is dry our clay soil turns to rock making it nearly impossible to pull weeds, but our neighbors are burning their weeds and I am allergic to smoke.

Tomorrow I may not check in til night time as I leave very early for a garden tour of the mainland.

Have a good one.

I drink gallons of tea here. ( w cream, since I went LC.)
But I do enjoy a cup of java.
SB's Latte with a sprinkle of chocolate is my fav as a treat if I am out. If I need a good jolt I have an Americano w cream.

Glad to hear you are mending well Linda. Yeah!
Thank you for the technology post. Sorry I thought it was Mary. Senior Moments come far too often these days. LOL!

The main part is over Doris. You have sold your house. That is the biggest job over. Now just to go day by day and make strides in bite sized pieces. How wonderful for you both. A new lease on life as you make plans. Enjoy!

Runners here yesterday wore blue and yellow to honour the Boston runners, even in London they did too. The world of runners are feeling this. I see the Queen had her 87th birthday yesterday and Kate has a tiny bump showing.

Sunny day again up here. I hope to get out and walk in the fresh air. I have the dentist at 3:30 to check on my back molar to see if I cracked the filling. So lots of $$$s I expect.

Wishing All a pleasant day and hope to bbl...

I leave my coffee black, but not because of any anti-oxidant worries, just like it like that, lol.

There has been a snag in the housing development, and we might just have to nix the whole thing. The VA appraisal was very low compared to what the people want for their house, so we may cut our losses for fees and get out while we can. dh is very disappointed and down, so we will talk with the agent tomorrow and make a decision then. It all went too well, didn't it??

Waving at you, Verleen, and Boy, my dh doesn't ever want to buy a house again if this doesn't go through.......would your husband feel like that, too??

Good Night, friends. Sorry I'm down tonight.

AWW Doris, that is too bad.

knowing not a thing about real estate I can only say I am sorry this huge change will maybe not happen at all.
Linda, I did not make that call- the day scampered away from me. I'll try again tomorrow night.
Happy dreams all.

What a bummer, Doris, give the folks a chance, there may be a way out that will make both you and DH better.. I'm surprised the VA appraisal didn't meet the selling price. Things may change, we'll keep sending the vibes.

Doris, when one of my sons was purchasing a house, the bank came back with a lower appraisal came back lower than the purchase price. The seller came down to that price to make the sale. Perhaps your seller will do the same!
