Thursday's foods

B: nothing, fasting with dh

Brunch: ham and scrambled eggs at Mels, lots of black coffee

Linner: grilled cheese and tomato senior sandwich, bowl of fruit at Denny's
black coffee

Evening: grapes, cold from the fridge, and H/B egg later on.

Thursday's food DD

Decided to leave the house during the power outage so back to the casino. I won $200 on a special promotion they have going, but gave it away on the tables, tho'. Oh well, been booking winners but I hate to give any up.

Just coffee before breaking fast at 1700...turkey bacon, egg beaters, squash, mushroom and a bit of cottage cheese.

that's 300 kcals and will probably have popcorn and a diet soda later for a 400 kcal day.

Going to have to work hard to make calories today so will probably have some ice cream tonight.

Michelob Ultra beer...oh my!

S. Baby Back ribs with green beans and ?????

Right now that is just at 600 kcals and will have to work hard to add a thousand. Having fun trying to balance low carb and low cal days.

L: H/B egg

D: grilled chicken thigh, steamed asparagus, f/f milk.

Snack: some sugar free vanilla lemon cake to celebrate brother's 73rd. birthday. and lots of black coffee

Evening snack: some cut up strawberries, they brought us a whole bunch!!

not so down day, but what the hey? Feeling good and put almost three miles in and around the house taking and putting stuff away, whew!

B. egg white, 1 oz turkey sausage, zuke, onion, with pico de gallo and coffee fore and aft.

S. fish dinner, grilled salmon a few shrimp and scallops, cole slaw and some nuked potato chips...trying again. water and decaf later

600 kcals but need it I think
