Did 3 hrs. 45 min. on the bike, will do some more higher weights later on, after the yak fest is over with. :hyst:

Got my usual hour walk in this am. No workout today. I need to find a way to get more steps in throughout my day.

Walked with DD and her dog Billy for 2 hours through the woods got my heart rate up for a short while as we climbed a hill at least I was moving my butt.

Hope to get some chores done around here now so that might burn a little too.

Leg has been acting up so have layed low for a bit. At this point in time resting it is the best medicine.

Sharon, hate when the leg bothers and you can't get around and do your usual stuff. My dh wrapped my ankle and heel for me again today, seems to work better, going to look around at a store for something easier and not so "thick" to wear. I guess you do what you can, when you can, eh?

Did 2 hrs. 55 min. on the bike today, and only light weights while dh was on the phone this time, lol. That's it.

2 hrs. 15 min. bike time, was all I could do, early out the door today, and something's gotta give............:dunno:

No weights today, trying to rest the foot more.

I did walk alone this am except for some fishermen in the lake nearby. Got to finish the book I was listening to.
