Good Morning Everyone -
Yes, we've made it to the end of another week and from reading all the posts everyone is doing pretty well.
Enjoy your day today as best you can,
Good morning. All is well here, too. So nice to have the weekend to look forward to.
Ya'll all have a great weekend.
It looks like we're in for a stormy, rainy day. I'm so happy that last weekend's weather was perfect for my company.
Nothing really to write about though I am keeping up with you all. Take care!

woo hoo I DID it! I mowed the curb strip...
with the weed whacker and swept up all the cut stuff off the curb- I was too
slow though. Maybe I will get faster with practice. NOW LADIES AND DOUG that is 40.00 I get to keep every month all spring, summer and fall and I get the exercise I totally need a couple of times per week- ain't I great?
Boy this board is sure map hopping lately. I love all the details so keep them coming.
Nighty night- tis the bed for meself!

THANKS DORIS! Yep, 3 mowins and the little thing pays for itself- 2 to go.
Leaping to high five you back Doris. Want lots of praise for this everyone! No one to praise me around here at all.
Yall all have a great day planning the week end. Heavy rain and I mean heavy- the deepest bird bath was over flowin this am. I'll shop for some plants but will need a few to let the soil dry a little.
bbl after P.T.
Good Morning, just checking in here!
Yep, high fives to yah, Lainey, :shake:
I'm off to place butt on bike, later.
hugs to those not up to "par" today, also. :console:
Good morning and thanx for the start off Michelle.
Lainey, you and I must be bi-coastal twins with our weight....but you are 3 inches taller than I!!
Off to mainland to do some shopping. ATTN: there are good reasons, at our age, to rescue older pets from shelters, which had been our intention. There young kitties and pups are exhausting!!
Good morning all...foggy and overcast here...Lawn guy came yesterday while I was gone; hope the pack wasn't too much trouble for him. That's the last time of the year the back yard gets chopped down as I never water it...too expensive and it's not grass, it's wild buckwheat...just a big dirt pile in the summer.
Begete, you are soo right about adopting the young ones...thank goodness for my doxie to take some of the vinegar out of puppy. I guess he's part of the pack now as I can't find anyone who wants a poodle puppy...oh well, he's fitting into the heart as well.
:high5: Lainey, that's such a good thing, I know you get much more rain in Virginny than we do here, so the whacker will come in very handy....I need to get a string for mine but I've got the lawn guy who comes twice a month for the front yard, the only one I worry about.
My plan for the rest of the week is to clean out my closets....again. This time will be for things that I'll wear...not my large things. I know I have some slacks that will be going to the women's shelter...we'll see how it goes.
Hope you all have a great day, stay warm but find a way to welcome Spring into your heart.
Thanks for starting us up Michele. It's a Costco run today as we need more eggs and have to browse the meat section. I think I'll try to walk over with the boys. It's that close to us.
Our skylight will be put in next week. It will be such an improvement for our dark hallway.
Try to make this day the best it can be. Will BBL
Beautiful sunny day in the 60's,love it.
Went out to feed and pull some grass.Lainey, three cheers for the edging job,I need to do that also.
I was pulling out a drawer to get socks and something on top of the bureau fell and hit may head, nice cut there.Lucky it was a doll but she is riding an iron bike, that's what got me.Not even safe at home.lol
WTG Lainey:high5: Good exercise too.
We don't have grass here, all gravel, but still have to watch for the weeds especially in spring.
Half my lawn is covered with dollar weeds. Who wants to get rid of them for me? I need volunteers!
Thanks Michele for our push off today.
Hi Julie, I volunteer Lainey. She is pretty good in the garden these days.:)
Lainey, I like that you said it will pay for itself in 2 more goes. Good way to think. Well Done on getting your strip done. We have partially covered lawns up here stubborn snow still to thaw.
Gladys, oh so sorry to hear about the iron bike...yes I guess we are not safe even at home.;) Hope your gash isn't too bad.:hugs:
Sharon, I too have a Costco close by but it would be a fairly longer walk. Hope you got your eggs and meat things.
Mary, Thanks for the reminder to clear out the closets. I need to do the seasonal exchange around. Glad to hear the pup has eased into the pack now, and into your heart. Yes welcoming Spring into my heart with my floral shears and garden gloves at the ready when the snow disappears. We have had lovely sunshine but bitterly cold winds. I have my colourful brolly and wellies at the ready for those April showers.
Hi Doug, I guess weeding in between those gravel stones can be tiring too.
Babette, You and John are doing a great job rescuing those boys.
Anne, Is that book of Wendy Wax out yet?
Doris, how many hours on the bike today?
Waving to All wishing you a pleasant evening and hope tbbt...
Note room full of toys and what does Blue play with?
Yes, Susan, it is. I've started it and so far it is good. Just a story. Takes place in Atlanta so I'm familiar with a lot of the names of streets and places. I worked in downtown Atlanta for too many years. All the references are like a warm bath of familiarity. But even if I were not it would be a fun book...
Thanks for the heads up Anne.
