B: zucchini, brussel sprouts, green onion, flaxmeal and garlic. 1/2 cup egg subs. Grated parm. Lots of black coffee sips

L: wheat bread, 2 srvngs. and light laughing cow cheese, turkey. 2 H/B eggs. Bowl of grape tomatoes. black coffee

Snack: V8 can (trying to finish them up) Black coffee

D: baked ham, steamed cauliflower and carrots

Evening snack: cut up strawberries and black coffee

Another day of nothing doing, and am watching season 3 Downton Abbey and grieving Sybil's loss...

Actually a day of nibbling, started late (noonish) and been eating every few hours...

B was a bit of ham, cottage cheese and fresh pineapple, 4 oz trop 50 and, of course, the inevitable coffee, today with milk

baked up some Brussel's sprouts and cauliflower so had a couple of each, then decided on baked russet chips, then a glass of pinot noir

early supper of a bit of cold steak, cheese with rice crackers, dill pickle and another glass of wine

somewhere there I had a hb egg, and a couple of chocolate covered cherries, too.

1500 kcals

Sunday

Breakfast
scrambled eggs and chicken sausage with coffee/cream

Lunch:
yogurt with blueberries and flax meal. some sunflower seeds too.

Dinner:
took some peppers with onion and just chicken pieces from TJ's and put in pan with CO to warm up. Added spices then put the whole thing over romaine lettuce and added small amount of ranch dressing.

Snack:
dark chocolate covered almonds. about a handful.

Monday's Eats DD & Tuesday's UD
 
Wow! didn't realize until now I didn't post yesterday's meals...well, I waited until after 1800 hrs to eat...just coffee before then.

Monday - coffee/hood's & black, supper a cup of Progresso Light clam chowder (surprisingly good) with a bit of added cod, later had a couple cups of popcorn...microwaved but not in the bags, with a diet soda

600 kcals for the day

Tuesday - B. coffee/milk, 2 scrambled eggs, bacon, with sara lee light toast, and 4 oz oj for the pills...

S. Pad Thai (new noodle shop at the casino...very bad pad thai) had only 2 very small shrimp and about an ounce of chicken, all for $13. Never again! Brought it home and shared with the pups. pinot grigio and a few filberts and a Cadbury egg for distraction.

Oh well, baseball season started yesterday and my Dodgers are on the air...

Feeling good and energetic, but knees are hurting after only mile and a half....guess it's time for the rooster-comb shots. It's been over eight months.

coffee/nf milk and half,

B. mixed up on the egg beaters and didn't get just eggs...got florentine type...so added a cup of spinach and made 'em really florentine, turkey bacon, and 4 oz crystal light for the pills.

s. decaf/nf milk

S. small lettuce & tomato salad with rw vinegar as dressing, cup minestrone, and a small grilled chicken breast, ice tea

Oops, didn't have the minestrone and had a full chicken breast with a bit of mozzarella and a thin slice of ham...can't remember the name of it...chicken ?

so the calorie count is just over 600...but it was oh, so good.

Wednesday was a very up day. At at Hibachi King a new chinese buffet in a town near by. Really enjoyed ALL the food but I think I will stay away from the King for a while.

6:00: l/0 chicken I think. It is subject to change
