I had an "extra" kind of day today, also.

Thursday's foods

B: after fasting blood fest, went to cafe and had a croissant with eggs, zucchini, cheese, red onions, and olives, and lots of black coffee that tasted super, probably because I was hyper and hungry.

L: Late lunch, 2 H/B eggs and some light laughing cow cheese and black coffee. grape tomatoes

Snack: didn't have anything

D: leftover chicken thighs rerun, and brussel sprouts steamed.

Evening snack: cottage cheese in a bowl, and grapefruit segments later on.

Doris, at least you got to eat after your fasting blood test. My last one was a down day and so will my next one on the first of May...sounds like a busy, frustrating day...hope the results are good, tho'.

Good day overall.

B. coffee/milk, 2 scrambled with cheese, cottage cheese and bacon. 4 oz oj for the pills.

s/l. a bit of cheese and ham, with water

S. tomato, avocado, baked sweet potato and a large slab of salmon, white zinfindel

Counting at 1100 kcals, but may be a bit more when I finish the salmon...well, I couldn't finish it, couldn't even eat half, .

Snack: SF jello w/squirt wh crm (1 carb)

B: yellow squash, onion, cauliflower, 1/2 cup egg whites. Flaxmeal, garlic. Chipotle flavoring. Grated parm on top.
Lots of black coffee sips

L: sardine sandwich on 2 slices bread, toasted. Some cottage cheese, 1 H/B egg. grape tomatoes during afternoon

Friday's Foods DD

Didn't get to the closets today, went mall walking and bought a couple pair of sneakers, and got a great fold-up card table at Goodwill's for a song. Made an appointment with the orthopedist as a half mile is now making the knees scream and it's been nine months since I had the rooster-comb stuff. Guess that'll mean physical therapy, too, which is okay with me.

coffee/nf milk & half, hb egg about noonish with 4 oz crystal light for the pills, then more coffee

A couple of hours later finished off 3 oz of lo salmon and one grapefruit section

decided to go for the walk, and had V-8 and a few cauliflowerettes upon my return...

For supper, having a bit of the lo top sirloin made into a mexican-style stew with a lc ww tortilla.

Feeling good and energetic, only walked a mile today

B. coffee/milk, 3 bacon, SL ww light toast, trop 50 for the pills

L. Hot Link, cup chili/beans, sm avocado, half med tom, cheese, and raw onion

white zin

S. 4 oz liver, 2 bacon, onion jam, half baked potato/mo bettah butter, half cucumber and the other half tomato, more white zin

1600 kcals
