Thanks Mechele for lovely start out.

P.T. yesterday was a real work out and I am sore in the right hip a lot. Go back Monday for more and 3 times a week for all of April. That hot pad is great feeling.
bbl I left the kitchen in a real mess last niht and hate when that happens. I do want a walk about the yard for fresh air before I nail that darn kitchen.

Good morning

The memorial service was wonderful yesterday. It was harder for me than I anticipated but a good cry is cleansing, right?

The daughter lives on a horse farm and had plenty of room for parking and tables for eating and a tent for the service. It was very nicely done.

Hope you all have a blessed Easter whatever you do.

Anne

Anne, I like the idea of a memorial in a home, too. A good cry can help alot.

Hi Lainey, get that kitchen galley work done before it warms up too much. Glad you are getting the physical therapy now.

Michele, thanks for the start up, and thanks for the hug, also!!

Off to have breakfast, do some more bike time, and toss some more stuff away, or, pick through stuff and ponder.............

Hello to everyone, have a good Saturday, if you can.

Good morning all. I've been getting out in my back yard a lot more since puppy came as I'm getting him out to peepoo. He's always right by my side when I'm home and trying to get doxie to play with him. Yesterday he spent a lot of time outside by himself tho' and it seems he's a digger...starting to find little holes all over the back yard but that's okay since I don't do anything with the back yard and I'm sure he'll grow out of it. Funny thing, tho', last night I found the hall rug rolled up at one end and found his ball "buried" in it...brought a few chuckles.

Love the Blue Bonnets, Michelle, it's about time for our hillsides to get inundated with our state flower, the California Poppy. Will have to take a trip to nephew's place as he lives on the edge of the hillsides that have the best display...the road up to Solvang, the Danish village.

Linda, keep us informed of both your well-being status and the fight with the hospital....don't blame you at all...and sending you healing vibes and a few hugs.

Lainey, make sure you tell your therapist how much pain you were in following treatment...they need to adjust what you're doing...the ol' "no pain, no gain" ain't true.

Doris, hope the sorting, tossing and boxing goes well.

It's saturday, so nuttin' planned again, but I did put my golf clubs into the trunk of the car, so I'm one step closer to getting out to the driving range. Hope you all have a good day and a Blessed Easter tomorrow....does anyone still do the sunrise service? I remember them so well from my youth...we once traveled over a hundred miles to attend a state-wide one that I remember very fondly.

I got the 3rd season of Downton Abbey yesterday, so that's my weekend...I was able to watch the first two on-line between Netflix and Amazon Prime, but not the third season...but the DVD was the same price as buying the on-line, so of course I bought it...bird in the hand, you know....type y'all later.

Best night's sleep I've had since this accident and feel half human and ready to fight like the devil with that hospital, and if need be, with the Ins. Company.

Cat's names: Pondering ... Bert for her and Ernie for him.

Off to slowly finish some housework and laundry folding.

Hi Mary and Linda, glad to "see" yah!

That laundry folding never ceases, I have a dryer full to do, too, and even my mother still does it.

Later!

I went swimming at 7:45 am this morning, then plant shopping, then gardening and cat training.

The kitties are eating and performing all bodily functions normally. I had forgotten how pungent the aura of young males. I may have to change their litter everyday! Still no decision on names. They may end up as Blue and Green (their collar colors) if we cannot decide soon. Blue, the bigger one, was the more adventurous today. John and I took turns sittig on the floor in the bathroom, and Blue would climb up in laps. When we left the door open, Blue would also do some serious exploring of the lower level, but Green seems really frightened.

I planted my peas on St Patrick's day, but today I cut back the chard and kale that have been growing all winter, and transplanted my broccoli and cauliflower and cabbage starts, and planted purchased leek and spinach starts, and carrot and radish seeds.

I am exhausted!

Linda I have a pair of boxing gloves for ya. Kidding. Seriously I would really be mad and boy they better pay up (ins.)

The names coming in for the kitties are so cute. Makes me want to go get a cat. NOT! I like Ollie and Stan. Laurel and Hardy are my favorites to watch. They do the cutest dance routine.

Going to play with my new toy and make some zoodles for dinner. Think I'll put a cheese sauce on um.

Take care see ya later.

Missed you Gladys, and happy you are back.

LOL Sharon, I might take you up on the offer of the boxing gloves.

Mary, those busy days doing nothing are a treasure.
