We don't do anything for St. Pats at all, not afraid to not wear green and get pinched, lol. Did they do that when you went to school?

We ate out today, breakfast, lunch and dinner...............;) Lots of veggies, but more than the normal stuff.

L: tuna salad, 1 slice LC bread, diet citrus green tea (6 carbs)

Sunday's foods UD
 
Well, I did move out of the house...went to the commissary and spent too much, again. I got a beautiful Porterhouse, and some boneless chicken breasts (at a real bargain) which I'll freeze up as cutlets, so my day will be busy tomorrow. Still I didn't buy anything I shouldn't have, except maybe the sushi which I'll have with my leftover cauli-rice tonight.

They just showed beautiful shots of the Aurora over Minnesota..one thing I loved about Alaska....oh my, so awesome.

B. Big one...2 eggs, 3 bacon, french bread grilled with a glass of Trop 50 for the pills and coffee with milk

Iced tea with lemon in the afternoon

S. sushi roll with cauli-faux fried rice, pinot grigio and may have a bit of lo fennel salad with pineapple if I have the room

Feeling good and wasn't going to leave the house until I got the tax return check, so made a run to deposit it. Staying overcast and foggy all day which means the roads will be very foggy tonite...

B. black coffee and a hb egg about noon

s. celery, a baby carrot, a bit of turnip and a cauliflowerette

S. half Chicken breast, steamed broccoli with ff cheddar, and a bit of pickled veggies for the vinegar. water to drink

320 kcals, may have a yogurt or popcorn later for another 100 kcals.

Mary, we put out tax refund check into the bank right away, too, coming from Calif. and all that, lol.

Change yesterday's dinner to salmon, peppers and green beans and onions, sautéed, unsweet tea.

Hope to be back tomorrow after the first house look see.

I know I shouldn't use food as a reward but I did...had a great breakfast to make up for the get-up-and-go morning.

B. coffee/cream, bacon & eggs, hash browns and rye toast with jelly, and a few ounces of orange juice...sigh! It was so good as it was delayed

s. apple fritter and black coffee at the casino and a couple of diet sodas

S. Porterhouse steak (yep! I ate the whole thing...eight ounces) with a butter/red wine deglaze of the pan with mushrooms, french bread toasted, a bitof fennel salad, half a cucumber in vinegar and a half glass of merlot (bottom of the bottle)

back in a bit with the kcals as I've yet to track it...(cart before the horse...it's been that type of day)

I barely know what day it is.

Had boring breakfast at the motel, nice lunch, and will go out for dinner somewhere. Drinking lots of iced tea and water, something I never did at home.

Feeling good and energetic so all's good. My local Asian farmer has opened his shed and had the most wonderful baby spinach and strawberries today...first of the season and oh so good.

B. made my version of a egg mcwhatsis, egg, turkey bacon on a SL sandwich thin, coffee/black

s. diet pepsi and a strawberry

S. half a very small rotisserie chicken, lettuce/tomato/spinach/avocado salad with rw vinegar, decaf/hoods

615 kcals and may have some strawberries later with a bit of yogurt

At the usual boring stuff at the motel for breakfast, and several coffees.

Having celebratory lunch/dinner later this afternoon, and no regular dinner tonight. Drinking lots of iced tea though.

Thanks Doris, I am feeling better today after taking ALka Seltzer Plus for colds. It seems to have knocked most of it out.

Since I was on the other side of the hills today at the doc's I ate at the Red Lobster and, Oh!, what a meal I had...feeling good and frisky.

B. coffee/milk, egg/bacon san on a sandwich thin, 2 oz oj added to the crystal light for the pills....more coffee

no snack although I was tempted but had an early supper

S. Red Lobster Bar Harbor Bake..omg! Rock lobster tail, scallops, shrimp and mussels with linguine, lettuce & tomato salad with balsamic vinegar, iced tea and three, yes, three biscuits...

having a cup of decaf now and thinking what I may have later...for now

1200 kcals (450 on the biscuits alone, sigh!)
