Saturday's foods

B: one zucchini, mushrooms, green onion, browned. 1/2 cup egg whites. Flaxmeal, garlic. Curry powder. Grated parm.
lots of black coffee sips

L: Sara Lee bread, toasted with light laughing cow cheese and turkey. 2 H/B eggs. bowl of grape tomatoes. black coffee

Snack: s/f suisse mocha hot drink, and coffee

D: grilled boneless pork chop and steamed cauliflower and carrots.

Evening snack: grapefruit segments and Healthy Choice frozen bar on a stick. Perhaps some baby bel cheese later on.

Brunch: spinach flan and a couple of pieces of bacon. Coffee.

Dinner: Pepperoni pizza made on lavash wraps, salad and coffee

mixed cream cheese with peanut butter for celery stuffing

Saturday's food UD
 
Supposed to be a DD, but got caught snacking most of the day. Reset my goal weight for starting the first of the year and ending on my next birthday...another 30 pounds to reach my new goal.

B. coffee/hood's, then breakfast of zucchini blinis with apple sauce and plain yogurt, and turkey bacon crystal light for the pills, then more coffee

Seems like I picked the rest of the day...roasted some Brussell's sprouts and par-boiled some others, grilled a large basket of mushrooms, and a bit of asparagus

finished the chicken thigh as yakitori, a nectarine, and an evening snack of brown rice crackers with some non-fat cheddar

so finishing the day with 1400 kcals and 193 carbs...well, tomorrow is another day. See if I can stay out of the kitchen and away from the calories

B- 6 oz soymilk, 1/2 oz protein powder, 2 oz TVP, 8 oz apple, strawberries, cramberries, peaches
L-4 oz haddock, 8 oz kale & portabella mushrooms, 8 oz salad, 1 tbsp dressing, 1 tbsp tahini sauce
S- 4 oz hamburg, 8 oz rutabaga and broccoli, 1 tbsp tahini, 16 oz salad, 3 tbsp dressing

Had a change in dinner
4 oz chicken, 8 oz broccoli

Tis afternoon, I got hit with some stomach pains right after I finished eating my salad at lunch. It was strange. Had to lay down for a couple hours.

Feeling good, but lazy...didn't do a thing today except take the fur kids around the back yard, read and watch TV...

B. coffee/hood's, hb egg, crystal light, more coffee

s. V8, a bit of cauliflower and 4 olives

S. cup of roasted Brussel's Sprouts, a few snow peas, 6 oz KC steak

more coffee, heck, thinking I should get the regular coffee pot out of storage instead of the K-cups

I put a few of the par-boiled sprouts into the pickle vat, will let you know how they taste after a few days.

600 kcals...not too bad for a steak day

Brunch at Wegman's fresh food bar: chicken salad, couple of pieces of adobo chicken, raw broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers in ranch dressing. Coffee

Dinner: more of that chicken salad...it has cranberries and walnuts as well as celery in it...couple of hunks of White Stilton with cranberries, a V-8 and coffee.

Feeling good and got a lot done today...some errands, returned a package to QVC, sandals weren't ready to pick up at the cobbler's, picked up a yogurt maker at Goodweill for a song. grocery for milk and meat before picking up N to help me pack up some stuff. Now I have a load for the cuz which I'll get over there soon...good day!

B. coffee/milk, eggs, bacon, and SL light toast with Trop 50 for the pills, more coffee

L. 2 1/2 TB tacos, diet soda, actually this was my appetizer course for supper

S. liver, bacon, onion, mushroom stir fry...

1200 kcals, so will have something later...will try to keep it low.

L: at A & W, small free hamburger, and diet root beer, the root beer was so good, haven't had any in a long time.

Snack: Starbucks, light mocha frappacchino

Evening snack: hot, black, strong coffee at the hampton inn, lol. Can't stay away from coffee.

Feeling really good and energetic, must be the sunshine! I always forget when I slip for a few days the very best thing about JUDDD'ing...the food tastes soooo good. Gotta stick to the plan.

B. Coffee/milk, 2 eggs, bacon, french bread grilled, trop 50 for the pills

Lunch/supper, guess that makes it Lupper :lol: Fried catfish, shrimp, and oysters with lotsa hot sauce, cole slaw, diet cola

that's 1200 kcals, so will have something later, probably more grilled french bread with peanut butter and a glass of milk, so add another 300-400 kcals
