Menus March 3 ~ March 9
Guess I will have to readjust my dates. Starting out the thread Friday am seems to work better for me right now.
One of Murphy's Laws: The Coffee Law - As soon as you sit down to a cup of hot coffee, your spouse will ask you to do something which will last until the coffee is cold. Have a great week folks. |

Back to the rotations and feeling good. Watching ABC World News and they're promoing a look at the 5:2 diet...where you eat normally for five days and restrict calories for only two. A few of the JUDDD BUDDDs are doing it and seem to be doing well. For now, I'll stick to the regular JUDDD with three or four down days.
B. coffee/black, then with hood's, egg white veggie omelet with turkey bacon and crystal light for the pills....more coffee s. coffee, then a few veggies from the crudite tray I'm keeping in the fridge. S. Shirataki & cabbage noodles alfredo in lc cheese, turkey breast 500 kcals

I wonder how many "new" diets come out every month in the western world, just look at all the women's magazines alone, they come out every month with another "easy to follow" diet. Dang, I remember back in the 1950's, when Dinah Shore had a morning tv show, she had people on with "guaranteed" weight loss diets, lol.............the beat goes on, friends.
Forgot to come here, frazzled day again. Sunday's foods B: zucchini, mushrooms, green onions, brussel sprouts, browned. 1/2 cup egg whites. Flaxmeal, garlic. curry powder. Grated parm. black coffee sips L: Sara Lee bread sandwich, light laughing cow cheese and turkey. 2 H/B eggs. bowl of grape tomatoes. black coffee Snack: s/f suisse mocha hot drink and black coffee D: leftover meatloaf and steamed cauliflower with cheese sprinkles. black coffee Evening snack: Healthy Choice frozen bar and grapefruit. black coffee
