B: zucchini, mushrooms, green onion, brussel sprouts, browned. 1/2 cup egg whites. Flaxmeal, garlic. curry powder. Grated parm. black coffee L: tuna on toast, Sara Lee bread sandwich. 2 H/B eggs. Bowl of grape tomatoes. black coffee Snack: s/f suisse mocha hot drink, and coffee later on D: Boca burger patty and egg on top, and eggplant with onions, garlic and tomato sauce. black coffee Evening snack: grapefruit segments and Healthy Choice frozen bar on a stick. black coffee as needed |

Feeling good. Even the Dermotologist is happy and can't find anything...just a couple of AK's...why do they want you to come back every six months? Just more money in their pockets, I guess.
b. coffee/milk, hb egg l. Fatburger at the casino, black coffee (I can't stand the non-dairy creamer they use) S. Beef stew turned into curry...merlot That's under 1000 kcals, so don't know how I'll catch up to goal. |

Of course, I did catch up on the calories...had a small (1 oz) bag o' sun chips, 3 prunes (gotta keep regular, you know) a small nectarine (swore I wouldn't buy any of the Chilean fruit, but they looked so good) and an Irish Coffee, decaf, of course (it's almost St. Paddy's Day, now isn't it?)..so came in about 2000 kcals...a bit up, but who cares? I feel good and ready for bed.
