EXERCISE week, Feb. 26 - March 3
Let's continue on with our usual stuff, friends.............:shake:

These past 5 days, if YAPPING was a great exercise, that is what I did!!

Doris was that a Motor Mouth happening. Glad you enjoyed it. Bet your mom was thrilled.

Walk about 3 miles, cancelled due to rain.
Exercise workout upper and lower body.

LOL Doris, Loretta is right. It was a Motor Mouth event and does exercise our facial and neck muscles.;)

Did an hour and half walk today in side of the huge Wal Mart, then did some hand weights.

Did 2 hrs. on the bike today, and that is it, on the bike for today. Have the weights at the ready, for boxing stuff after dinner.

Hope some of you are doing ok with the danged weather changing all the time, annoying and miserable.

Did 3 hrs. 20 min. on the bike, and that's it for today. Tomorrow is more car sitting and Wal Mart, hopefully.

I agree with you about the weather, Doris. Another gloomy rainy, windy cold penetrating day here in Ky. I did manage a short walk but no workout.

Took the usual walk with the boys before doing some shopping and having lunch with son and soon to be wife. Now just kicking back after putting on another layer for the worms.

Walked all over Wal Mart, shoving the cart, lol, and that's about it for today.
Just finished 5 lb. weights, and that is it for that for today, too.

Staying home until next Wednesday, if our luck holds out and the blood tests are ok.

90 already, Lordy, Sharon! We lucked out and hit 63 for about an hour this afternoon..........:)

Did 2 hrs. 40 min. bike time, and lifted wood trying to be of some help with the woodpile out there. That's it for me for today.

3 hrs. 30 min. bike time, and whatever I can squeeze out in here tonight, boxing moves to go with the Boxing on tv tonight. ;)

90 already??? We can barely make it into the mid 30's.

Did a walk of about two hours around the big wal mart early before the crowds hit.

It was a really nice day today. Hit in the 70's and we had a little outside time.
