Another day- another wrinkle or 8. Thanks Michele.
Hurtin just about everywhere. uess I'll hit the Allieve bottle. Have added cinnimon to my coffee as my diabetes seems to be make me feel shakey at times. Used to do that and it did seem to help.
Wellcome to "whine" country this mornin. Miht be the snow & cold yelling at my Arthur. High only in the 30's today but pretty sunshine meltin the snow.
Enjoy your Sunday everyone.

Thank You Michele for our kick off today.

Oh Lainey, I hope as you begin to move around the pain eases up for you.:hugs::hugs:

Linda, Enjoy your travels. DS returns home from NYC. His plane lands at supper time here. Have a good day visiting.

Waving to All and hope to check back later...:D

Thanks SuSan.
It seems to have localized to the hip & low back mostly. Showed Arthur in the low back but she said the x-rays 2 years ago showed nothing in the hip. Will get that Allieve down now. I do know cold and rain play a big part.
I loved N.Y. and actually lived in Manhattan for a long while. Love to watch TV shows that take place there as I recognize all the spots.
Gonna pick up the floors clutter today after the Allieve kicks in.
May do a chinese take on shrimp and whole green beans today as the chic and broc. were so yummy.

Good morning all,

I am home from my weekend in Atlanta. It was fun. The three of us have a good time when we do things together.

One of us is going to have a knee replacement this coming week so we all cooked up some meals for the freezer and shared them all but with her in mind mostly. We ended up with 8 freezer meals each and they all look very good. We also made some English Muffin Bread and some apple bread. We were much more enthusiastic in the planning than in the actual cooking. It was a couple of recipes too many. Next time....

We only had one major mishap in the whole day. One of us took the Apple Bread out of the oven after the 45 minutes...the loaves looked done to all of us and the toothpick was clean. So after a few minutes it cooled and I picked up a loaf to turn it out on the wire rack and it poured out of the middle all over the counter. It wasn't even HOT much less done! So I just scooped it all back off the counter and put it back in the loaf pan and stuck the all back in the oven for another 20 minutes. We were all so tired by then we didn't care if it turned out at all! But they did. Just fine. Some "real" cooks might have nightmares from that experience but we just laughed!!

Going to be a total do nothing day today! Lainey I hope you feel better as the day goes on.

Have a great Sunday everybody!

Good morning all...here's t'is sunny and starting to cool off a tad. We made it through the night without any problems...but this morning the puppy is showing that we may all be too old to have a little one in the house. MeMe and Snoopy are used to sleeping in, like me, but up early this morn to put the the little guy out...he held it all night, which is a good thing. But now, he's full of energy and wants to play...the girls do not. Just a reminder of how life can be. Probably should find another home for him where he'll have someone with whom to play....sigh! decisions, decisions.

Anne, what a great idea of the cook-about...what a great bunch of friends.

Babette's off to sea today, sure hope they have a great cruise...

Good day folks, Spring is just around the corner, won't be long...have a great one.

Anne, that sounds like a really fun time you had.....good for you!
It is freezing here, went down into the 30's last night and I don't think it's over 40 yet at this time....Weather says it's the coldest that it's been here this winter.
I was putting a wash in the dryer and was thinking about how I used to do this up north hanging the clothes outside in this kind of weather. A dryer was bought when we had child #3 and I had two in diapers. Gee, now people use pampers and don't ever run out no matter the weather.
Lainey, I love to see news or movies taken on Cape Cod. We lived there for 23 years and I recognize most everywhere they show. In a way, it makes me homesick for there....NOT the cold winter, though.
Hi to all above and those to be here after me.
Don't forget........last episode of season #3 of Downton Abbey tonight!!
Ginny, I think Quartet is playing in the Villages.....if that's close enough for you..

Mary, my next pup will be a rescue. This old guy keeps hanging in there so he can have peace and quiet for his older years. A high energy pup is not on the agenda for either of us. Bless you for giving him a foster home.

Wishing you ALL a good day, interesting situations happening to some of you, almost like on tv shows, lol.

Hoping Lainey feels better after the meds.

Off to finish the bike time and chores.............still only low 20's here. Snow is coming on Tuesday.
