Wednesday's Food UD
With all my running around today, I'm pooped...looking forward to a quiet night and enjoying a snuggle with my pack...the mountains and foothills are beautiful with the snowfall. The snowbunnies are going to be really happy and so are the businessmen, a good winter for them.
B. Bacon, scrambled eggs and cottage cheese. The last of the grapejuice, ttg it's gone, back to the lo carb, and two coffee/milk s. Sumatra coffee grande and a scone at the doc's office while waiting to be seen S. tomato w/vinegar, asparagus, creamed spinach, broiled lobster and top sirloin ...life couldn't be better...well, it could but it sure beats whining...a glass of merlot, and who knows if I'll have room for anything else. Did have a biscotti and a cuppa tea last night, so hit almost 600 kcals Tuesday Today, 1400 kcals

Sunny, warm and had the lawnguy mow the back yard...should say reap it as it's mostly wild buckwheat....can't afford to water it but the winter brings the rains which does a good job. Poker to keep myself out of trouble.
let's see, I had a hb egg 'fore I left and I've had three cups of coffee, two with hood's (they use that artificial creamer, so I take it black at the casino) s. tomato juice and 5 olives S. chicken broth with a bit of carrot, celery, spinach, 2 oz chicken breast, and water 370 kcals, so may have some air popped later with a diet soda |

B: scrambled eggs at the motel, bowl of pineapple, fresh bits, and some oatmeal. black coffee L: hamburger from In & Out burger. D: sis in law is making lasagne, and my other brother and his wife should be rolling in from AZ tonight, at some point. Don't know how long we will stay, because grandson is beat, and they are 2 hrs. ahead in their minds time. Play it by ear...... Will have lots of black coffee tonight, that I know for sure, and a real mandarin orange. |

Feeling good and energetic, got a lot done around the house today.
coffee/black, then about noon-thirty had a hb egg, about 1400 made up a veggie plate and had a carrot, some celery, cauliflower floweret, bell pepper and a radish or two. 1630 decaf with milk S. chicken sausage, tomato sauce a shirataki noodles 401 kcals... |
