Wednesday's Food DD

Thanks for giving permission, Doris, I did have the pinot grigio and it went down really well. I've never had to "get used" to glasses before...always I put them on and marveled at the difference in vision...not so this time. I can see there is an improvement, but things are still fuzzy and I can't read with the right eye unless I'm uber close....still feeling good and not down, even with all the breaking news coverage on the telly.

B. about noon, hb egg, had a couple cups of coffee/hood's before I ate and left the house.

s. or L. whichever, about 1530...carrot sticks, celery, cauliflower and a bit of cottage cheese...full fat, of course.

S. cauli-rice, broccoli, a bit of spinach all chopped up and added to a quarter cup of brown rice in that delectable lemon/thyme sauce from the slow cooker with about three ounces chicken breast. glass of pinot grigio

520 kcals oh my, I feel like a queen...I really like this woe as everything, and I mean everything, tastes soooooo good.
