Whataday! I decided I needed milk and some veggies, so made a trip to the marketo, wandered up and down the meat aisle two or three times and couldn't see anything I wanted ...went to another market and finally bought a couple pounds of hamburg to make a meatloaf to try to the new Ninja...Big day for food, tho, actually met my goal for an UD
B. ham, eggs, cottage fries, trop 50 for the pills...and coffee fore and aft s. veggie plate, carrot sticks, celery, cauliflower, and cucumber with water S. meatloaf, french bread, tomato, half glass of pinot, followed by tea, then B&J's cherry garcia...oh my! 1700 kcals |

Some coffee L: at the Brewery, nice turkey sandwich with some strong mustards and different salad greens and leaves of tiny plants, looked like seedling someone yanked out of the ground, but tasted good. On some kind of dark bread they bake there, with nuts and seeds in there. Several black coffees. Snack: Starbucks skinny mocha frappacchino. Thanks...it looks like my three-month stall is over and I've started moving down again. Went for my walk today even in the chill and wind...it's a start.
B. Dukan pancake, turkey bacon, coffee/hood's fore and aft S. veggie plate...celery, carrot sticks, cauliflower & bell pepper. The 2 oz salmon and a cup of green beans...tea 360 kcals, hoping to keep it low today to encourage more water loss. |

Fat Tuesday...feeling good, commissary trip and spent over $100 for nothing...wow! I still wonder how fixed income folks are doing it...hat's off to you all who do.
B. noonish, 2 eggs, ham, fried bread, trop 50, cafe au lait fore and aft, le bon temps roulette!...I know that's not right, but you get the gist. s. or l., whichever...stopped for a shar tzu bao...so good...bbq pork dumpling, that is, with water...took me back to the Kanto plain for a few minutes anyway. S. gumbo, N'awlin's style...no rice, a bit of shrimp, some cold cuts; capicola, swiss, dill pickle spear. more fried bread, pinot, fer shur 1800 kcals, so making goal today |

Thanks for giving permission, Doris, I did have the pinot grigio and it went down really well. I've never had to "get used" to glasses before...always I put them on and marveled at the difference in vision...not so this time. I can see there is an improvement, but things are still fuzzy and I can't read with the right eye unless I'm uber close....still feeling good and not down, even with all the breaking news coverage on the telly.
B. about noon, hb egg, had a couple cups of coffee/hood's before I ate and left the house. s. or L. whichever, about 1530...carrot sticks, celery, cauliflower and a bit of cottage cheese...full fat, of course. S. cauli-rice, broccoli, a bit of spinach all chopped up and added to a quarter cup of brown rice in that delectable lemon/thyme sauce from the slow cooker with about three ounces chicken breast. glass of pinot grigio 520 kcals oh my, I feel like a queen...I really like this woe as everything, and I mean everything, tastes soooooo good. |
