Late change for moi! again! I must be doing sumpin' right as I couldn't begin to finish everything I posted, so my supper for tonight was

a couple spoonsful of gumbo, the slices of french bread, a piece of lf swiss cheese, a tomato and avocado salad, and a dill pickle...with my glass of grigio...

total kcals for the day....1150

Thursday menu

B. ricotta with cinnamon,flax and stevia

L. Artisan roll with chicken, avocado and mayo inside

afternoon snack. strawberries with greek yogurt and walnuts on top

D. 2 egg cheese omelet with a piece of turkey bacon

Scale showed me back on the good side and hopefully heading south.

Menu today will be the same except fruit will be blueberries instead of strawberries. I'm changing different foods one at a time to see which is inflammatory for me and which is not.

Had brunch at Wegman's and had scrambled eggs, fresh strawberries and some cantaloupe cubes with coffee.

Picked up some haddock for dinner along with some nice mixed greens for salad. More coffee

Chardonnay tonight.

Feeling good and energetic..enjoying the sunshine and beautiful weather.

had a couple tablespoons of cottage cheese as I think my boiled egg had gone bad...oh well, had coffee/hood's

L. about 1400, salad; romaine & red leaf lettuces, a bit of red cabbage, radish, broccoli, bacon bits and LOF turkey breast...water to drink

S. 1900 chicken broth, a bit of carrot and celery and two ounces chicken breast.

400 kcals..trying to see how low I can go and not getting as low as I'd like...oh well, Sunday is another DD.

Oh my. what a day...getting a new dog attenuated to the house..and the other dogs.

B. Ham, eggs, french bread toasted with a spoon of marmalade, grape juice for the pills and coffee/milk fore and aft.

s. 3 almond cookies with peanut butter, glass of milk

S. tomato/avocado in rw vinegar, daikon in rice wine vinegar, dill pickle and cucumber/onion in apple cider vinegar...felt like a smorgasbord of vinegary tastes...a bit of capicola, salami, lf swiss cheese on french bread, pinot grigio

1700 kcals...don't know if I'll have a snack later...will probably have a cuppa tea
