OK my friends, does anyone smell a bit of spring yet??
We have a regular male hummingbird who seems to be staying here now, so will redo the feeders tomorrow, I think he is waiting for his spouse

Don rototilled the garden area yesterday. He has the plans all made for where everything will go now. I know he's getting ready for Spring. LOL!

We're getting our walk in today and not much else.

Sharon, how neat to be able to rototill already!!! We used to have to wait until Memorial Day, and sometimes it snowed, lol. Had a nice rototiller, but sold it, because growing lots of veggies up here was too much work and not enough return. But good memories :high5:

Did 4 hrs. on the bike today, worked hard to get it done this morning because Sunday is phone call day. Plus, neighbors came by, and we stood out front and yakked and yakked. That's all I did........:dunno:

We took a ride out of town to a walking area where the dogs had a fun time. Not much exercise for me but loved the ride.

There were lots of Robins at John's place. He lives in the country. In town where I am I do not see that many birds, a few cardinals occasionally. I have suet cakes out.

Suburban walk this am. No workout/

We have seen flocks of Robins and the sandhill cranes, sparrows and 1 kind of woodpecker. The great horned owl comes to the next door neighbor's house and sits on his well house, looking for gophers or moles.

Did 3 hrs. bike time and weight bar, 8 lb. weights and no time for more today.

Sharon how nice to get started with spring ideas and rototilling. I did go out yesterday and turn some leaves over and tried to hoe them in. We have more beautiful sunshine today.

Nice walk this am and exercise workout upper and lower body.

Plan changed to five mornings a week at gym, this week, this is day three of new plan (old plan was every other morning, three mornings a week). Under the old plan I did about three miles a day on a combination of the elliptical and the treadmill. Under the new plan I still do that three days a week, the other two I do 1.5 miles on the elliptical and weights. All weight workouts are with fifty pounds until I can't do it anymore. The goal being to be able to hurl fifty pound hay bales this summer if the need arises.

We got our walk in but it was a big box store. We are now the proud owners of a couple of wood TV trays and a big storage bin with lid. :D It's time to move some clothes out and others in. My plan for the wood trays is to make it an addition to our trailer. We always seem to need somewhere to set our drinks.

Good thing, Sharon! We use tv trays in our living room, for a whole bunch of years now, but it began when dh used that room for his hospital bed. I'd like some nice, wooden trays, was it Costco that you bought them at?

hayhaul, I'd like to "hurl 50 lbs." at some point, too :laugh:

Did 3 hrs. on the bike and rebounder for 18 min. trying to get some different muscles working, boxing in here, and that is it for today.

We got these at Target. They are really nice and made well. There was a set but we only needed 2 so she went back and got us two singles. :up:
