Did you ever notice:
When you put the 2 words 'The' and 'IRS' together it spells 'Theirs...'

Made a big pot of ham and bean soup so that will be brunch and dinner unless I can think of something quick to fix..:D

Ham and beans sounds good to me, a nice "warming up" meal, doggone it.
Still sitting here with sweater on.

We await one more paper or something before we take the stuff in to the usual guy in the other town.

grated parmasan on top. lots of black coffee sips

L: 2 hotdogs, plain. black coffee

Snack: black coffee, no time for anything else due to phone calls.

D: Huevos Rancheros, with chipotle salsa, and a small salad.

1:00: sauerkraut and hot dogs, few black eyed peas (John made lunch)

6:00: 4 cheese pizza ( 4 pieces), wine
Snack: air popped corn tossed w parm cheese, sprayed w pam butter, CF diet soda

Monday: 1/2 decaf black coffee
Brunch: hb egg, lc cranberry nut bar

SNack: 5 small soda crackers, CF diet soda

Loretta, my husband has asked me for biscuits someday, too, so I bought some, don't want to make a whole batch. Did you use to make your own biscuits, back when your kids were at home?

Monday's foods

B: zucchini, cauliflower, mushrooms, green onions, browned. 1/2 cup egg whites. Flaxmeal, garlic. chipotle flavoring.
Grated parm on top, and lots of black coffee sips

L: Sara Lee bread sandwich, sardines. Bowl of black olives and some cut up tomato. boiled egg

D: leftover beef stew and black coffee

s, carrot sticks & celery

S. slice pizza, diet soda, a few filberts and two choco cherries...tea later

1000 kcals, so not hitting my UD calories...will have a snack later but don't have a clue what...not hungry at all even tho' ate supper early.

long time til bedtime, but will see if the 500 kcals will do it.
